We had been looking for bespoke canvas panels to fit our oak frame building for several years. Our local garden centre that sold garden buildings recommended Tailored Textiles.
On speaking with Mel (& several emails to make adjustments ) plans were drawn up to our specific measurements.
The quality of the panels & service provided are fantastic, delivery was quick & the panels were easy to fit.

It's not often that you experience outstanding customer service these days but Melanie and Tailored Textiles team were superb to deal with from start to finish. We had some bespoke canvas covers made for an outdoor bar area which we are really pleased with. The team were very friendly, efficient, patient while I made adjustments and turned our order round in good time. If only all companies were like this!!

Melanie offered very helpful support to replace our cushions for our garden furniture and then also a damaged bedside cover - rather than acting like a "robot" Melanie actually offered us her own thoughts and suggestions and the end result was EXCELLENT!

Very good communication and customer service. The sides we purchased arrived on time and are good quality. The courier was a bit difficult to deal with but cannot fault the help from Melanie at Tailored Textiles. Would highly recommend using them.

Melanie provided excellent support and advice on our alfresco dining area screening and sent samples overnight. They then provided technical drawings and when we place the order it translated perfectly into manufactured products which arrived in a short time frame which we are very pleased with.

We purchased canvas panels for our garden cabin to provide some all year round protection.
The customer service from Textile Textiles was absolutely excellent. We were invited to visit the manufacturer, inspect the finished product and select the colour from a good range.
We had to provide exact dimensions and the placement of the windows. Then had to wait a few weeks for the panels to be made.
The panels were dispatched by a very reliable company, we could have collected them but decided to have them delivered.
The fixing was fairly straightforward 2 of us were able to fix them in a few hours.
The cost was very good value for such a quality item and we would have no hesitation in recommending Textured Textiles.
Our semi-open cabin has been transformed into an all year round facility.

The merit of a company is not seen when things all go to plan but in how they deal with issues and Melanie and her team are 5*. Our panel was planned with Mel's assistance and arrived within schedule, beautifully made and of fantastic quality but we actually needed the turnbuckles to face the opposite way as we were installing from behind. No problem! Mel had the panel collected, the turnbuckles reinstalled and the whole thing returned in a 3-day turnaround. Exceptional service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Melanie and team at Tailored Textiles were excellent and very helpful in ensuring the sizing of our panels were completed correctly by emailing us a complete drawing plan. The products arrived within the 3/4 week lead time. We were emailed the date that they would be delivered.
The panels were easy to install, look absolutely beautiful and are of a very high quality.

We are so pleased with our Graphite Grey Canvas Panel. It looks amazing on our newly decorated Summerhouse. The panel will keep out the worst of the weather. It was easy to assemble after I spoke to Melanie for advice. First class service.

From enquiry to delivery, I received excellent and helpful service, with a prompt and accurate quote, samples and information on the phone and emails. The canvas was delivered on time and was quite easy to fit. It works very well and looks good. Early days but the quality looks good and I expect my canvas to last. Thoroughly recommended.

What an amazing company, we stumbled across them on Pinterest whilst looking for options to complete the cabins which we built in our garden. After months of hardwork and buying lovely furniture we couldn't bear the idea of not using them year round or having our lovely wildlife leave their mark on everything. We drove over to Leek, met Mel (who is totally amazing) and discussed the panels, how to measure and looked through swatches of fabric to choose the ideal one for us (oh and their showroom is awesome, we pinched some great ideas from there too). Mel's advice was fantastic, we had thought of just having solid material panels but Mel suggested using the clear centre panels to ensure we had as much light in the cabins as possible on cooler, windier days - she was so right. They arrived before expected, excellent quality, fit beautifully and we are so happy with the final look - they really are exceptional, just like Tailored Textiles - great company, great product ... love, love, love!!!
