Brayleys Cars - Brayley Nissan Coventry Recenzje 

I took my car in for its first service having purchased the car from Brayleys Coventry in 2025. I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the showroom and advised the car would go straight in and given an idea of the time it would take.
Prior to bringing the car for a service I had been in contact with Liam Kent ( After Sales Manager) as I had had a problem with the Infotainment screen delaminating (a known issue) and he had placed an order for a replacement under warranty.
Whilst I was waiting I spoke to Liam to get an update on when the new part may be available and after a few minutes he came back and explained that my part was due in next week but could use an alternative unit and complete the exchange while I was there so I didn’t need to make another journey.
This was fantastic and only took another 30 minutes or so to complete.

Called on Friday got booked in Monday, dropped car off at 11.30, received call at 14.30 to say they had rectified the fault, brilliant, what more could you do?

The whole experience of buying a car from Brayleys in Coventry was a pleasure from start to finish. I felt very comfortable with the sales person, Sam, who was excellent at explaining everything about the car I chose to buy and also made the finance part simple

I live 20 miles away from the garage and I asked if my car could be delivered to my house, which was no problem.

I took my car in for a recall job.
They did the job in good time and also did a free vehicle health check.
The staff were friendly and efficient.
There was a lovely waiting area with complimentary drinks

My vehicle had a recall so booked in at Brayleys Nissan. Handed over my key & was told it could take either an hour or 5 hours but a 5 minute check would establish which. I had barely sat down & was considering helping myself to a coffee when my keys were returned to me as they were able to fit a grommet to my vehicle without them even moving it from the customer parking space! Now that’s quick! Would definitely recommend & will use them again when needed. Thank you!

My car was collected first thing very friendly and helpful. I asked for information about service plan and I received a call later that morning . Everything fully explained about the service and Hezlth check video .

Had my car serviced here since new, every year my car has had a mini valet with the service plan, wash and clean and hoover inside, unhappy that this didn’t happen this year, in fact my car was filthy inside left by the mechanics, dirty muddy foot prints on the mats, dirt up the plastic trims, had to clean the car when I got it home. On a more serious note last year I had a CRITICAL oil leak picked up on the service here that I was quoted over £1000 to get fixed, declined and took car to my local garage who laughed and said no issues found, had no work done on this critical oil leak and have no issues with oil levels. Nissan found no oil leak this year 🤔 make of that what you will

They came and picked up my vehicle recorded the service and brought it straight back

Car was picked up on time. Service carried out & I was advised that tall was fine.
Car then returned as advised
