Was meant to collect the car before 10 am for a service , after a couple of phone calls to chase it up it was collected 12.15
The car was back around 3 pm usually this would be well after 5pm. The car usually comes back after a service being fully valeted which we are always grateful for . This time NOTHING !
I would like to know why ?

Great service, great staff, can't do enough for you. Help with all the technical stuff as I'm not great at it. This includes ordering a new log book for my old car as I had misplaced it. BRAYLEYS Nissan in Spon end Coventry, I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience at Nissan, Sam who sold us the car was so knowledgeable and friendly he made us feel any question was welcome. The day we picked up our new car he took his time explaining about the new features and made the whole transaction seem less. Thank you Sam, we are loving our new full electric Ariya

All the staff were really helpful and listened to any worries. Nathan dealt with our purchase and we were kept updated and well informed throughout. On the day of collection Nathan guided us through all the gadgets etc.

Communication all good car ready on time

Reception saw me immediately and took the keys. They told me that the car would be ready in a couple of hours and offered me a coffee whilst I waited. I chose not to wait and was contacted by phone when the vehicle was ready. A video was also sent to me explaining any issues that were found.

Sam the salesman was great from start to finish. A nice polite young man. The only downside was that my finance was delayed - perhaps a learning curve, the finance could have been sorted ahead of picking up the car to save waiting for a couple of hours. But this was Sam’s first dealing with the finance company camoola.
Absolutely love the car though…. Well worth the wait

While looking for a newer car we visited Brayley Nissan among other dealerships, their customer service was excellent, Stephan in particular.
Would I buy from Brayley again? Yes.

Good meet and greet very impressive with the booking and reception the only grip was car not cleaned due to a new environmental idea didn’t no about it until picking car up can understand it but you were jet washing cars around the back so bit miffed about that and disappointed
