The staff are very pleasant and helpful but on this occasion, have so far failed to rectify a communication problem with a recently purchased, albeit 2nd owner, EV.
Hopefully they will be more successful on the next visit.
Have been to them a number of times with a previously owned Kia Hybrid and always received good service. They are part of the reason to purchase another Kia car.

I recently bought a used Kia Rio from this Kia dealership and had a great experience overall. Syed was excellent throughout the whole process – friendly, professional, and made everything as easy and stress-free as possible.

Unfortunately, there was an accident where my car was damaged while it was in their care. However, I really appreciate how the dealership handled the situation. They took full responsibility, repaired the car to a high standard, and kept me informed throughout. While it wasn’t an ideal situation, it’s how a business responds when something goes wrong that really matters, and they dealt with it professionally.

A revisit 2 weeks after diagnosis and part ordered. Dropped car in at 8am. Engineer took car in at 10.30 and returned it at 10.55 Fixed.
Disappointed that my car was not prioritised as a returned to fix...

From start to finish the service has been exceptional, Jordan from the Dunstable branch went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect for me. I am a nervous buyer, so had many questions and queries about buying a second hand car, all were met with patients, professionalism, and timely responses. Even when Jordan was out of the office, Jake his manager was happy to assist. A video was sent to me of the car before I came to view and after I decided to buy which was a great service and put my mind at ease. They even had my car delivered to my house due to mobility and travel issues that I faced. I can’t thank Jordan enough, nothing was too much trouble and every need was taken care of. This kind of service is very hard to come by and I really appreciate it. I will not hesitate to buy my future cars from this garage.
