Als ik 1 klein negatief iets moet melden ( waarschijnlijk kan Bravisimo hier niet eens wat aan doen)

Is POST NL die stuurt inklarings kosten en dan na een maand nog steeds niets ontvangen.

I bought two Fushion bras from Bravissimo Newcastle in April, one of them has already got wires showing through under the bust and material come away, these bras were fitted by Bravissimo so it is not because the fit is incorrect-never had this issue with Curvy Kate bras.

I have shopped in Bravissimo Oxford for a very long time. I am always very happy with their service. Today I had to go back to the shop as I had a small problem with the bras that I bought recently. The lady who looked after me today was called Chanelle. Chanelle was perfect from the minute I arrived. She was so helpful, caring, kind and nothing at all was too much trouble for her. She had many suggestions and resolutions to my problems. She is a great ambassador for this company. Thank you so much Chanelle for helping me and I hope to see you again next time I visit the shop.

Carrie was super helpful and reassuring throughout my appointment. I got my swimwear for holiday but, more importantly, she helped me find the perfect everyday bra that fits beautifully. Thank you Carrie ❤️

I bought the brass from bravissimo a few times before Everything is fine until you want to send items back. I lost weight so this time the brass didn't fit me so I returned all my order and that all. I sent a few emails as company received my parcel over 2 weeks ago and they are asking me to wait and wait because of fire in the warehouse or problems with PayPal payment etc. I opened the case on my PayPal account and I hope they can help me to resolve it. Never ever seriously.

Great products once you find your fit! Very quick delivery and excellent customer service afterwards with refunds and returns.

I was chatting with a girlfriend at a wedding about how uncomfortable my bra was, and she recommended Bravissimo. I walked in that Monday and was seen within an hour. The moment I tried on a properly fitting bra was honestly shocking—I hadn’t realised how long I’d been putting up with uncomfortable, poorly fitting, and irritating bras.

Now, I barely feel like I’m wearing one at all. It’s a total comfort game-changer!

wore bra once... really bad itching to the point my upper arms and boobs covered in little spots and scratch marks. Took it back to be told that it had never happened before and didn't seem that interested despite showing them my arms and upper chest. I strongly suspect it may just be re-packaged and somebody else will have to go through it.

Were my go to shop for bras but recent experiences are changing that! Sports bra - wire came out after 6 months and broke my washing machine causing £120 repair. Then bought new everyday bra a month ago and wire already has gone thru the fabric! Customer services tried to blame me for washing at 30C as “plastic tips” would melt . That’s great but there are no plastic tips and plastic used shouldn’t melt at 30C…. Anyway great attitude blaming customer for an expensive poorly made product! Taking business elsewhere

After having a bra fitting with Juliet in Chelmsford, I have found I have a different shape! Juliet not only found me such great fitting bras, but showed me how to actually fit the bra properly, both make a difference to my shape. I have never experienced such a great fitting before; I only had high street shop bras until I started on line shopping with Bravissimo). I would highly recommend a fitting even if you feel comfortable, it might make even more of a difference! Thanks Juliet and Bravissimo team. Dawn

I bought and had fitted 2 Bra's at the Nottingham shop in May, they were tight but seemed OK, I now feel I cannot wear either of them as they are so uncomfortable I spent £143 as also bought a swimsuit I’ll be going back to MS in future

I am a regular to the Bravissimo at the Newcastle shop I always get a warm smile and made to feel welcome. Today I popped in on the off chance I could get a fitting, got fitted in straight away even though they were very busy. Due to loosing weight I was desperate for some help with a new bra I was seen by Libby today and just by looking at me I was fitted absolutely perfectly I came out with two new bras and feel so confident in them Libby was so good at her job. Thank you very much I would not go any wear else .

Very pleasant and helpful staff. (Glasgow Ingram Street Shop). Gave advice and information to take away and think about possible purchases. Absolutely no pressure to buy on that visit.

I have been fitted by Rigby & Peller for years. However, feel they no longer stock the brands that I need (small back, large cup). Went to Bravissimo (Oxford Circus) for a fitting. EXCELLENT service!! Ann was so kind, thoughtful and knows her stuff inside and out! I left feeling quite emotional (in a good way) as felt listened to and left with some beautiful bra's and swimwear. Neck ache already feeling less painful due to the proper support needed.

I love the shop and the service has always been great. The reason for 2 stars is that I have a pile of bras where the wires have come out or broken. When I've mentioned this and asked to be shown non-Bravissimo bras for that reason, I'm always asked how do I wash them - and the answer is I wash all my bras the same, and it's only the Bravissimo ones that hurt me or the wires go, and in a short space of time, so waste of money. Such a shame and would love it to be otherwise.

Went to buy a new bra today.wasnt expecting any help but maddie was brilliant and was very helpful. Didn't make me feel rushed and shop was very busy.Ended up buying two bras.thanks maddie brilliant customer service😊

A proper shopping experience that you don’t often get any more. Went to the Margaret Street London store where Soraya served me with patience, kindness and professionalism. Came out with 2 lovely bras that fit and are supportive and good quality. Thank you. Very happy customer
