When I ordered bracelets from BrandNex, the process of art/order confirmation was very simple! Their art department had a very patient, kind person with a good attitude towards me at all times. BrandNex needs more employees like her....

Ordered 100 wristbands from this company got the free 100 wristbands. Was quoted one price after check out a price nearly 40 dollars more was charged to my account. Called to cancel order, they refuse to cancel order said the free 100 wristbands comes with a 25 dollar shipping free even though I had already paid for shipping. Then they claimed oh its taxes. I live in NH and order online all the time, we do not have taxes. They then stated ok we will take the free 100 wristbands off and refund the 10 dollars they charge...... But they first stated the free wristbands were 25 dollars. Still refuse to cancel my order or refund my money. Buyer Beware stay far from this company.

I ordered 500 printed wristbands for an event that was 1 day away. Brandnex delivered super fast and the ordered turned out great! I will continue to order all my wristbands from brandnex. Very easy, very fast, amazing quality. 100% recommended

Order 1,000 tattoos.

1st: They were all sticking together would have 50% waste after cutting them and sorting the sticky pieces and trashing them (I had NO CLUE I would have to cut all 1,000!).

2nd: Had them out at the expo and kids were putting them on, They are very sticky for one, not a typical tattoo where the ink is on your hand, they are adhesive with colors on them with the sticky side out. I had one on my hand, after a couple hours they turned pitch black, had many kids come and wanted their black tattoo removed, I tried baby oil / rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover to no avail. Kids were crying, I was totally embarrassed as the only way to take them off is peel the top layer of your skin off.
3rd: I get an email from them stating this: Our quality control team has reviewed your order and has concluded that the tattoos have met or exceeded the quality requirements. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. (Kids skin need to be peeled to get these useless tattoos off!)

They offered a 10% discount on future orders or on this order.

My response and I highly doubt I will receive a response to my email:

I would like more than a 10% discount, they turn BLACK after a couple hours of wearing, it happened on my skin and many others during the expo. Also>>>HOW DO YOU TAKE THEM OFF??!!

PLUS I had to throw out so many due the sheets sticking together. I would venture their would be 50% waste if I get rid of all the sticky pieces.

I would like to have the ingredient list to see if they are safe.

Customer Service is horrible, please do not order tattoos from them, I do not believe they are safe after all this, my hand is still raw from last weekend from taking off the tattoo, poor kids!

Brandnex helped get my order processed before my in hand date - their customer service is awesome and the tatoos look great!

I brought 1,000 can coolers and 500 buttons. I love them and will defiantly us them again. I have used other companies in the past and they all have hidden fees, this company is upfront . Thanks Frank for the wonderful experience.

I was in desperate need to buy specialized buttons at a good price and within a short time frame. I am soooo glad I found Brandnex. Not only did I get my order quickly, they even helped me by offering suggestions with my design and color. My buttons are perfect and I highly recommend this company!

I ordered temporary tattoos on July 14th and have yet to receive them 35 days later. The website says prompt, courteous service but I never received any of that after numerous calls to their company. Payment in full was received by them and I am still waiting for the product. Customer service agent states he can talk and treat people any way he feels like and is accountable to no one! I order thousands of dollars of products every year and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully I receive my product soon!

I wish I didn't have to select even 1 star. They deserve NO stars. Terrible customer service. I ordered our temporary tattoos May 22 (with a promised delivery of June 9) - and they still haven't arrived. I've been given the run-around with trying to get a refund as I've given up actually receiving the product. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Houston, TX. I suggest anyone who has a complaint against Brandnex do the same. They have several complaints already against them on the BBB website (and an F rating) and I regret not checking that before I ordered from such a disreputable company.

Ordered 2 sets of 200 tattoos each from Brandnex. I was impressed when notified that the 1st set had shipped on the same day as ordered. But when they were received, there were only 158 in the pkg (and someone at Brandnex had actually cut 2 tattoos off of one sheet before shipping them). I made several calls to Customer Service over 4 days ... lots of promises about resolving the issue including 1 promise from [Name] that the missing labels were already shipped with the 2nd set (which wasn't true). Finally, [Name] told me that that the missing tattoos were produced and would be shipped that day (and I received a shipping notification that day) ... but he also implied that I was lying about not getting all 200 of the 1st set. Wow, unbelievable !!!
I must say that the quality & prices are great and the production & shipping timeframes were outstanding on what has been received so far. But I'm not impressed a Customer Service group with promises made but not kept. And, who calls their CUSTOMERS "liars"??

I just made an order of 100 wristbands today and made a little mistake. I gave them a call even though i know it was closing hour. Surprisingly one of the worker, or manager called me back before he's about to leave to discuss the issue i had. He gladly changed the order for me and ensure that he'll call me back tomorrow to discuss further details. I'm amazed that this company actually care about its customers. Will order more products from here in the future.

I ordered wristbands from Brandnex.com for a company event on a Friday "late" afternoon at the best possible price thanks to the rep. AK and I received the wristbands early Monday morning in the mail. That was the quickest I've received anything I've ever ordered online. Thank you Brandnex for making my experience the best!

Initially, I wasn't impressed. There was confusion with my order. It was delayed by a full week. The leadership seemed disconnected. I initiated every contact. But I will say, my final interaction with a gentleman by the name of A.K., clearly a customer center leader, answered my questions and resolved my issues. He made certain that I would be refunded for the shipping and production delays and even provided me with extra product as a courtesy. This was my first transaction with Brandnex, and because I'm in the process of launching a brand, so getting the product in the hands of my team was critical. Overall, I got what I needed from Brandnex, and I must say, me and my team are quite pleased.

I made an order and then realized I mispelled a word, contacted Sarah and she was able to fix it for me without any trouble. Thanks Sarah!!!!

We were ordering wristbands to honor the memory of my daughter's boyfriend, who died of brain cancer at a very early age. The wristbands are to be sold at school in an effort to raise money to send a child to Ronald McDonald Camp. My son, who works in the sports business, assisted me in ordering them from Florida,but I had a question or two about the process. I called Sean and he immediately set my mind at ease with his professionalism, customer service and disarming personality. He not only answered my questions, but much to my surprise, upon receiving the shipment - all, by the way, in an extremely expeditious manner - I not only was blown away by the quality, but I also humbly noticed that Sean had voluntarily - and at his cost - added two Guardian Angel icons to the wristband in a gesture of compassion.

Needless to say, I am extremely pleased by both the quality of product and service, but also by the professionalism and class displayed by Sean and his company. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you Sean.
