The tattoos were great, website needs work
The tattoos were great! The kids loved them.
Ordering from the website was a problem though, I had to try 4 times before it finally went through (I kept getting error messages not related to internet), I was afraid that I was going to get charged for more than one and I never got a confirmation, so I called the next day at opening to make sure, and all was good.

Absolutely phenomenal team for your custom needs. Several years ago I had a custom silicone wrist band made with my husband's daughter's personal handwriting and message engraved into it and he absolutely loved them. He wore/wears them every single day ❤️. Unfortunately he lost his black one this year on father's day, so I reached out to brandnex for help. I knew they did an amazing job already so I trust them and they even have the original proof with his daughter's handwriting still on file! Tim Johnson and the team at brandnex have gone above and beyond to help me replace the wrist band, and with plenty of backups just in case! 😊 I would recommend anyone looking for custom gifts to brandnex!!

The service is so bad I couldn't even place an order. I work for a school and attempted to get information of how to proceed since I would be submitting a Purchase Order, but to date I have not heard back from anyone. This has been ongoing since 8/24/18 and when I call the 855-352-7263 I only get the voicmail and have left multiple messages. I have emailed and chatten with someone who took my information and said he'd have someone reach me. At this point I will be looking elsewhere to place my order since they can't even return a simple phone call/email.
