Brabantia Recenzje 

Afgelopen week bij brabantia een strijkplank bestelt onder het mom, rechtstreeks bij de leverancier. Hier heb ik nu al spijt van door het gebruik van DPD.

DPD is echt by far de slechtste pakketbezorger. Heel de dag thuis gewacht en pakket niet bezorgd (ook niet aangebeld). Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice waar ze slecht Nederlands spreken en niks voor je kunnen betekenen.

Mijn tip, bestel het product voor dezelfde prijs bij coolblue of andere webwinkel waar je wel normale pakketbezorgers hebt!

De deksel van mijn touch bin was overleden (na 17 jaar) en een nieuwe besteld op donderdag en op zaterdag werd deze keurig verpakt thuisbezorgd.

Produit de qualité, nous sommes très satisfait. De même, il manquait une pièce suite à la livraison et nous avons le service apres vente qui nous a renvoyé la pièce manquante très rapidement. Je recommande cette marque

Het is bijna onmogelijk om contact te krijgen met dit bedrijf. Na mailen (twee keer in verloop van tijd) duurt het weken/ maanden voordat ze terug reageren..
Ik ken het bedrijf nog van vroeger. Een en al kwaliteit en service...

I had a brabantia roll top breadbin that was about 5 years old when the pin on the lid broke. I contacted Brabantia to see if it was possible to buy a replacement pin, as it seemed a waste to throw it away. However as the breadbin had a 10 year guarantee they just sent me out a replacement, that was above and beyond anything I had expected. Incredibly impressed.

Vorige week nieuwe droogpaal 50m gekocht. Dit weekend geïnstalleerd en eerste was gedroogd. Na 3 uur stond de paal 30° scheef. Buis vd paal geplooid !!! Dacht dat we iets fout hadden gedaan naar waren niet aan de molen geweest, enkel was opgehangen. Ik wil de droogmolen dichtklappen, gietijzeren clips bovenaan molen vliegt alle richtingen uit. Dit is toch geen kwaliteit en dan moet ik lezen dat Brabantia de strengste kwaliteitstesten uitvoert.
Laat me niet lachen, er zal waarschijnlijk een paar sokken opgehangen worden als test.
Dit product wat wij kregen is echt non- quality.

I recently contacted Brabantia about a problem with my rotary washing line — the locking mechanism had broken, and despite our best DIY efforts (including WD-40, tools, and a very patient uncle), we couldn’t get it fixed.

She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful at every stage — identifying the part, sending instructions, and even organising a replacement. When it became clear that the repair wasn’t possible and I couldn’t find my original receipt, Jo still went above and beyond, offering a generous goodwill discount.

It’s rare these days to find customer service this genuine and human. Jo turned a frustrating situation into a really positive experience, and her support was much appreciated.

Excellent customer service from Ruth, replied extremely quickly and sorted my issue out and gave some advice on how to prevent a reoccurance.

After over 10 years, a very little part broke but it was important to close the lid. I contacted Brabantia and explained the situation. Immediately, I got an answer. proposing to send me the replacement piece for nothing, what we got just few days later. Now, we can close the lid!

Customer service team (particularly Jo and Sasha) have provided invaluable assistance and many companies could learn from their friendly and knowledgable approach.

Had our 60l (2x30l) pedal bin for 5yrs bfr the pedal broke. Got in touch with the company and they replaced it in record time. Communication was excellent and they ve only asked for copy of purchase and some photos of our bin as one would expect. Really pleased with how easy and smooth the process was. We are very happy with our bin despite the fact that the pedal broke. It is really easy to clean and it looked prestine like we bought it yesterday. I would highly recommend

After making contact about a replacement part for an item under warranty I received a response within a matter of hours and then a follow up action the same day. Part was dispatched promptly and delivery update sent out .

Although we discovered that my product was made in 2004, the service team were excellent in ensuring that I could buy a replacement lid.
Considering the high price for early models, the replacement seemed a real bargain - and an improvement.

Wat een fijne ervaring met Brabantia! Vanaf mijn eerste mail over de afvalzakken met code E werd ik snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Kim dacht actief mee, gaf een duidelijke uitleg en stelde direct een alternatief voor. Dat ik zonder moeite een proefrolletje mocht ontvangen om het zelf te testen, vond ik echt een mooie geste! Bovendien hield Brabantia me perfect op de hoogte van de verzending. Dit soort klantvriendelijkheid maakt het verschil – een warm en persoonlijk contact waar je blij van wordt.
