I will never again buy anything from this company
I bought a rotating dryer which broke. Their useless customer services said it was because I'd attached it to a wooden source. If your pos product worked, why does it matter where it's attached?
The useless thing will now go to landfill, and I'm 200+ poorer. What an absolutely terrible cx and attitude to the environment.

I bought this washing line about 4 years ago. After about a year the locking mechanism failed. A small plastic hinge in the mechanism had fallen out. I contacted Ruth at Brabantia and she managed to obtain a replacement for me.

Recently the same thing happened again. This time Brabantia refused to sell me a replacement - apparently "head office does not have this as a service part any more". So my wallfix will be on its way to landfill!

Around 15 years ago I bought a Brabantia bin. Not particularly fancy, just a decent, sturdy-looking pedal bin. For about 14 years it has worked flawlessly, but over the last year the lid has become a little looser until a week or two ago, when it finally fell off with an impressive clatter. It seemed that neither the hinge nor the lid themselves were damaged, but the small plastic part that held the lid in place had worn through.

Fully expecting to have to buy a new bin, I was mildly annoyed that such a small part could cause the failure of an otherwise perfectly good bin, but the fact it was 15 years old made me feel its time was up. However, a quick search found that the part was still available directly from Brabantia, and what's more it was cheap (£2.50 including postage). So I ordered it, and 2 days later, my bin is back in action for who knows however many more years.

There aren't many companies that would bother to stock and sell such cheap parts for such an old product, and Brabantia are to be very much commended for this. There's far too much in this world that goes to waste for want of a simple repair; Brabantia are doing their part to reduce this by enabling their products to be less disposable. If only more companies were like this...

We recently purchased a washing line from Brabantia and in the process of installing the ground spike, the plastic insert was trodden on and broken. I contacted Jo from Customer Services via email enquiring about purchasing a new one. I was told that this insert is not now available but a completely new ground spike will be supplied to us free of charge. This was posted promptly and we are expecting delivery tomorrow.

I had to return a sink mat that was too big for my counter. It took a while to finally get to print the label I needed, but due to MY ineptness on computer!
Most important was the exemplary custom service!!! Kate and Jo were sooo patient and friendly with me, and continued to respond to guide me through my return. I have owned a BRABANTIA trash bin for 14 years and it still looks new! Only had to replace lid once!!! Thanks again to Jo and Kate for EXCELLENT customer service!!

Inkt van zwarte letters op houder strijkplank ‘Brabantia’ zijn uitgelopen. Gevolg: zwarte vegen op de strijkbout en op mijn kleding. Na diverse mails met de klantenservice krijg ik te horen dat ik mijn strijkbout verkeerd in de houder geplaatst heb. (?) Ik ontvang een filmpje van hoe het moet, ja echt waar! Strijkbout kan op twee manieren in de houder; rechtop en horizontaal. Je kunt niet missen. Toch krijg ik geen andere strijkplank waar ik om verzocht heb. De voet van mijn strijkbout is naar God. Er zit zwarte inkt op. En ik heb er een witte (nieuwe) broek mee verpest. Geen service. Dit is al de tweede slechte ervaring die ik met de klantenservice van Brabantia heb. Voor mij is het de laatste keer dat ik iets van dit merk aangeschaft heb. Jammer. Het was een goed merk. Ooit.

I purchased a Brabantia washing line and within 2 months one of the lines had broken. Brabantia refused to support the warranty as I could not find a receipt, despite having all the product codes showing this was a new rotary line. They don’t even offer me a solution that I could pay for! Shocking service and I won’t be purchasing again.

Ik heb de Brabantia waterfles isolerend bij de Albert Heijn met spaarzegels gekocht. Nu kan je echt nauwelijks het verschil zien tussen of de fles open of dicht zit. Ik heb hem dus perongelijk open in mijn tas gedaan zonder dat ik het door had. Daardoor is nu mijn hele laptop naar zijn grootje door waterschade. Uiteindelijk heeft deze fles mij dus rond de €100 gekocht met reparatie van die laptop erbij. Samengevat is dit dopsysteem dus echt bagger en heel onduidelijk. Ongelukken zitten in een klein hoekje met dit ding. Voor de rest werkt die fles wel prima hoor maar zou hem niet aanraden.

I purchased an ironing board from the Brabantia.com.au website and it arrived promptly, which was great. There was an issue, however, as the ironing board was not as described. The board I purchased was described as having a 'steam generator' iron holder. What was delivered only had a traditional iron holder. I have contacted the support team and so far it has taken almost two weeks to get no-where. I have had an ackowledgment of my email and some vague responses about someone reviewing the issue, but no guidance on when or how the issue will be resolved. Considering the rave reviews about the quality of Brabantia ironing boards, I happily paid the premium price for the board. Right now, I have NO ironing board I can use (disposed of my old one already) as I don't want to use the new board, assuming it would be a simple exchange. The lack of direction and the very slow and inadequate responses are very frustrating.

Brabantia customer service is absolutely first class. The lid to my bin was no longer closing and they responded promptly and sent out the replacement part within a couple of days. Fantastic service - thanks Brabantia.

In common with others, the lines (single one so far) on our rotary dryer are beginning to fail, although given the strain they're under its hardly surprising, wear and tear. My review is based on the quick, concise and friendly responses from Jo Pursall in Customer Relations. Simple enough you might say, but increasingly rare. Thank you.

De waterfles die je bij de AH kan sparen is echt bagger. hij loopt leeg langs je gezicht in je nek als je niet voorzichtig drinkt. Oh en vergeet niet de dop te sluiten. Je ziet slecht of ie dicht of open is en daardoor vergeet je t wel eens en loopt het water in je tas of over je autostoel.

I bought a brabantia washing line 2 years and a lot of the strings on it have broken off. I contacted brabantia last year and they did nothing now several more have broken. I will never buy a brabantia washing line ever again.
They are absolutely awful.

Ook ik heb de drinkbeker met rietje gespaard bij AH.
Wanneer je rechtshandig bent en het rietje niet wil gebruiken moet je hem met de linkerhand vasthouden . Erg onhandig .

Im Zuge der brabantia Aktion bei Penny Markt habe ich mir das Vacuum Glas 1,2l gekauft. Nach nicht mal 4 Wochen funktioniert die Vacuum Vorrichtung nicht mehr. Der Deckel lässt sich durch pumpen nicht mehr fest stellen, somit ist es jetzt nur noch ein einfaches Glas. Ich bin enttäuscht denn ich hätte mich sehr gefreut wenn es funktioniert hätte. Somit ist zumindest dieses Produkt bei mir komplett durchgefallen. Auch wenn es nur ein kleiner Betrag ist, sollte funktionieren womit geworben wird.
