Ordered some new products, item was missing so I emailed about it. The response was so quick and I got the item posted out quickly along with a freebie! Excellent customer service and will definitely continue to buy their wonderful products in the future

Had a small problem with broken lids on fake tan sprays. As they were gifts I was slightly disappointed. Contacted customer services and Robyn responded promptly and courteously to request photos. I forwarded them (when I worked out how to do it!) and was delighted to hear 2 replacements were being sent out. Its a pity more companies didn't have that attitude to help the customers and Robyn was so apologetic and respectful and is a credit to the customer care team.

Excellent service. I made an order and stupidly forgot tk put my house number in so my parcel didnt arrive. A lady called Deborah helped sort this out for me and has recent my parcel with my correct address. Very helpful and quick to responde.

I received a faulty product and contacted the customer services team and they responded the same day. Deborah from the team was lovely, she checked out the issue promptly and sent me a replacement product which I received within days. Great service.

I bought two lip serums while staying in Northern Ireland recently. I absolutely loved them but was disappointed when the top of both broke and the product was squeezed out of the tube. I wrote to BPerfect not really expecting a reply but I was contacted almost immediately by Ann who took the details of the product and promised to send a replacement.
