Lovely women Ann helped me with my order, fast replies and was on the ball with my order.

I received my order and unfortunately there was a mistake with my order. I contacted customer service and they replied to me in a couple of hours and resolved the issue. Excellent customer service. Thanks again Deborah

I rarely do a review but today I felt the need to . I called into Abbeycentre store for self tan oil spray, Met a girl and wish I had got her name, she had dark long hair, has a wee boy, an absolute wee stunner, well I went in feeling my age , 60 plus, wasn’t feeling great, well this girl made my day, so helpful, friendly and so pleasant, just wanted to say thank you and let your boss know you are amazing 🤩

I submitted an order to BP and the Town line in the address was not correct although the postcode etc was.
I emailed BP over the Bank holiday weekend to confirm my correct address and Ann sent me an email confirming the address had been updated.
The customer service I received was above and beyond thank you Ann.

I received A big order this morning and some items were Missing from the box and As Soon as I messaged The Customer Service They Replied immediately and sorted out the problem and have got whatever was missing dispatched within minutes.. Today was called into the BPerfect store in Ards Shopping Centre to get tinted moisturiser and a lipstick.

Joy who helped me and also talked me through my options was so lovely and knew her stuff.

Joy got out 3 tinted moisturisers to try on my skin and helped me choose the correct one. Joy listened to what I was saying and looking for which made such a difference.

Joy talked through what she was using in my skin and how to apply it. Also asked if I needed make-up brushes.
