Ordered the brazen gaming chair for my son for his birthday. I left the timing pretty tight (so I thought) by ordering 6 days before his big day. No need to worry I received my order 2 days after placing the order. Very happy at how quick it came. I would say the chair was smaller than I expected but totally my fault for not reading the description and it turned out perfect size for my 6 year old.

Their big brother was rather jealous of them as they looked great and were comfortable.

I purchased a gaming chair which was by no means described as being small. When it arrived I assembled it then when i sat in it found that the fixed head rest sat between my shoulder blades. Im only 5.7ft so im not what you’d call tall. They have a policy of not letting you return something once assembled so they won’t even let me return it. It proudly says on their site “no quibble return policy”… better read the small print!

Honestly, frustrated is the word.
I ordered a gaming chair for my partner to help with her bad back during our gaming sessions, it was a decent build, comfortable and well worth the price and it arrived promptly (2-3 working days) . I decided to order one of myself to have matching for the setup, on the order it just says being picked, it has been like that for over a month now, I've been ignored twice when enquiring about my purchase via there online form as they don't advertise any other customer service and a later time responded with they'll be investigating with their warehouse? And its been a further 2 weeks with no response? I'd love to know how they're communicating internally? Message in a bottle? I've since communicated I'd accept certain alternatives if its a stock/supply/bad management of product issue giving them the benefit of the doubt and still nothing.

Purchased the brazen gaming chair absolutely brilliant my boys love it & I love it when I get chance to watch Tv although I haven’t wired it up for the sound as I have a home cinema system when you put the phone on Bluetooth it’s amazing quality
