Christmas Present 2020

I pre-ordered a BraZen Emperor XX 2.1 Elite Esport DAB Surround Sound Gaming Chair for my son early December 2020 for his Christmas present. I emailed the company as I was reluctant to part with money if the purchase couldn't be fulfilled during the current COVID situation. Customer care contacted me back promptly and reassured me when it arrived at the warehouse it would be dispatched christmas week - they kept me informed, and true to their word we received it on 22nd Dec. The customer service was great and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered Gaming chair for my son for Christmas, As with every year left it a bit late and most other stores had ran out of the product I required, came across “Boys stuff website” the Gaming chair was in stock and cheaper than other sites. Delivery stated 10 days which considering it was so close to Christmas and deliveries were being slower than normal due to the pandemic I thought was fine, it was actually delivered just after 4 days of ordering! Brilliant and bonus. Excellent service quick and easy!!!

My son was desperate for this gaming chair for his Christmas and when we first looked online it was out of stock. He was devastated but accepted he was not getting it for Christmas. I later looked again on the website to see it had come back in and ordered straight away! It was the perfect surprise for Christmas and he was completely over the moon ☺️ Delivery was extremely fast. Think it came in four days so there was no panic about whether it would be here for Christmas. Assembly was very straight forward and the leather is wipeable. Perfect for boys! Would definitely give this a 5* all round!

I brought this for my other half as a Christmas present and he loves it.
It was so easy to assemble, the look and quality of the gaming chair is amazing! I'm currently using it as an office chair while we do our games room and it's so comfy. The back and head rest as lovely extras too!

Could not get hold of a gaming chair ANYWHERE all sold out! I found a pretty ordered option which meant the chair would be delivered Christmas week! I am a super anxious mum and was already worrying thinking it wouldn't arrive in time I contacted the customer service team twice to clarify it would be delivered and they were reassuring and put me at ease! The chair arrived the week before and was great can not recommend them enough! I bought the braizer in white and my son loves it! Thank you

I ordered my son a gaming chair for Christmas. I did lots of research before deciding on this company and found Boys Stuff to be amazing. Delivery is super fast. The chair I was able to put together myself quite easily. For style , comfort, value for money and customer care I would give 10/10. My son is 25 and 6ft 3” so I wanted a chair that looked stylish in his new bedroom and was sturdy enough to withstand hours and hours of serious gaming. It definitely fits the bill hands down.

My product was delivered without issue and on schedule. This was in the build up to Christmas so i was very pleased. The product itself is great, easy to assemble and my son loves it.
