I did purchase recently a portable fridge (BougeRV 12V 30 Quart), delivery company had done some damage on the fridge, customer service was quick to resolve, Wenny their customer service agent was exceptionally efficient in solving a few problems I had with the fridge. New fridge is working great. Happy with my purchase.

This is my third purchase from Bougerv…
This is my third purchase from Bougerv , first was small camp light, I was impressed by it's build quality,it feels heavy duty, strong magnet.
Holds charge for a long time plus the light output stays even, that's a sign of good batteries.
Second was a portable fan, just like the first great build quality it's has a little weight to it actually has a steel frame.
Third purchase was a small portable refrigerator
This is my first purchase of this type of refrigerator, again the build quality is top notch
Control's are easy to use. It holds temperature
Very even hardly uses any power once it reaches set temperature.
As a whole I'm very impressed with the build quality of Bougerv products.
Hopefully they stay customer focused first.

Battery came completely discharge and I emailed if that was normal. The answer I received was about changing it. My experience with batteries when it is receive completely discharge, there is a problem with one of the cells. Is that true with this battery? I did get it fully charged but am worried about the longevity.

Light did not work
Light did not work. I returned it after spending several days of communication with Customer Service. After one week of their receipt of the returned light I followed up with an email asking for status. They acknowledged but said they were awaiting the flashlight and would dispatch a new one upon receipt. I sent them a copy of the UPS delivery receipt showing they have had it for 5 days.

New T1 is a beast
New T1 light arrived a bit late but fine. It's a solid unit. Heavily built and works as described. I can't wait to get it out by the fire and campsite!

Purchased the portable fan
Most recent purchase was the portable fan. Have now really used yet but look forward to using it to increase air flow in the car for our dog when we need to make short stops while traveling this summer

Customer service has been great
Customer service has been great. I have had 2 issues with items, one was a shipping issue and they resolved with a refund. The other issue was with a telescoping lattern that didn't work anymore, they replaced it free of charge with little hassle. I appreciate their attention to these details in making these purchases right.
I have purchased both the camping lantern and battery powered fan, both are unique products and well designed and thought of details. They are light weight and easy to use and recharge. I will be purchasing more items from BougeRV.
