I ordered replacement handles for my refrigerator cooler, and took 2 months to receive the parts, and the parts didn’t have all hardware. I was told the hardware was included. The worst customer service I have ever seen, I would have to reach out to customer support to get updates. Terrible in my opinion.

I ordered the t1 light which is awesome and had an issue with it several weeks later, they stood by their product and replaced it quickly. I have shown this to several people at work and so far 5 people have ordered one.

Customer Service little to know help.
Called customer service 3 times. Biggest issue is could not talk to someone other than customer service rep. They had to submit e mail. Wanted to get a solar panel for fridge. No expidited shipment. Cord was only 8.2 ft by theie specs. Have this on a boat - need cors.2x that length, had shipping issues, again the rep had to submit a request, Had a technical issue. Sent email rep wanted a video for a simple problem. Boat is 3.5 hiurs away.
So far the fridge looks to be working, but if you expect to get any help from Bougerv, especially if it is not tmwhat they have on their website then go elsewhere

I like this ski rack
I like this ski rack; it is easy to install on the cross bars of my RAV4 and I like the ability to slide the racks outward to make it easy to place skis on the rack. The only concern I have is the wind noise from the rack which is most noticeable above about 35 to 40 mph.

Item was received intact with all purchased parts, well packaged and in good time.
