Such a lovely pleasant man who took care of my mam. So down to earth he was right on my mams level.

I wasn't kept waiting and the test was very thorough. The lady carrying out the test listened carefully to my concerns and did a health check on my ears before starting the test. Everything was explained simply and I was asked if I understood the process or had any questions. Thank you for making the experience so easy.
