Efficient testing, clear explanations of my hearing difficulties, with suggestions for the type of hearing aid that could be provided. Prices and range of aids were put to me straightforwardly to help make a choice.

Both audiologist, Neethu and David, were extreemly helpful and professional during my two seperate consultations. Their knowledge, recommendations and advice resulted in my choice of hearing aids and their skill in setting them up has completely changed my hearing ability.

Everything explained clearly,but different audiologist on each visit,would have been nice for continuity.Had to explain why I was attending ,the visit was to pick up hearing aids.

The consultant was very clear with instructions and explanations about my hearing...I was given a pair of aids to wear so that I could try them out and see what difference they made if any. I was amazed at the difference and when I came back he explained how much technology was in the different grades (prices) and what sort of use they wrte in different lifestyles.

I found Sina very helpful and professional.

Entirely down to your Audiologist, Caragh Davies. Every procedure, from start to finish, explained in easy to understand detail. What also impressed me was that no pressure was applied to buy any particular type of aid based on price. Suggestions were made as to why a particular aid might suit my hearing loss best. There were a number of recalls to tweak, as it were, the system. All in all, a pleasurable experience.

Couldn't fault anything the girl that I seen was very helpful and knowledgeable any questions I asked was answered. I would recommend Boots for hearing aids. 10 out of 10

Abeyshaykaa is an excellent communicator, and has the ability to explain hearing tests and results that helped with understanding my hearing loss.

Booked online and was told we would need a 75 min appointment. Spoke to staff at store who said I had to go back online and she couldn’t see the appointments herself. Called back as I couldn’t find the 75 min. Appointment and same lady said let me go it got you, which she couldn’t have done first time I called. After that service was excellent
