As a customer of a number of years now I was once again delighted to receive the usual excellence of service which today was with Shebin Joseph.
I decided to buy new upgraded hearing aids and he was very knowledgable about the equipment and explained its workings very clearly and all paperwork and payments were swiftly dealt with.
My thanks to him and all of the hearing staff I have had the pleasure to meet over the years.

Emergency with hearing aid
Popped in , no appointments, as my hearing aid was broken. Lovely young man, Shebin Joseph, made time to see me. He replaced the wires in my hearing aids and showed me how to fit the new filters when necessary. He was so kind and helpful and meant that I didnt have to go to Milton Keynes branch.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, and received very good service.
Maureen was incredibly helpful with a tricky technical problem. I was unable to pair my aids with my phone, despite the fact that they had worked perfectly well for almost 2 years. Maureen was determined not to be defeated, and the problem was solved.

Shebin was very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced when I visited L.B. for a check up. I appreciated the time given to me to clean, update my aids and retest me. His manner and professionalism was outstanding.

Excellent care from Shebin
Fantastic and outstanding service, support and advice from Shebin, such a lovely man. Very friendly and so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Boots … you are very lucky to have such an amazing employee and I really do hope he gets some recognition. We need more Shebin’s in this world!

Another positive appointment
Another positive appointment with Shebin in to collect hearing aids and have them set up. Once again everything was demonstrated and explained clearly. It was a shame the actual moulds were not ready but this was out of their control. Very happy to be able to leave with the hearing aids today with a temporary solution pending the moulds being received.
