I have a pair of Phonak hearing aids which were purchased at the Derby branch of Boots. I was leaving for a holiday to Jersey when one of my Phonak hearing aid leads broke off. I called into the Boots branch in St Helier and was seen by Joy. She was very professional, friendly, understanding and helpful. She straightaway fixed the hearing aid. I would also like to say that the young person at the reception desk was gret s well. Thank you both very much.

Been nagged by my wife and daughters for this last year saying that I’m going deaf finally gave in booked a hearing test with Boots in Jersey.The audiologist there made you feel so at ease and the examination was informative and thorough.I tried out a pair of hearing aids wow! it was like stepping out in a new world I heard sounds I haven’t heard in years! Picking up new earing aids next week can’t wait.
