Boots Hearingcare - Horwich Recenzje

Very reassuring and knowledgeable feel confident with the help received when using hearing aids for the first time.

Mubarak and the team were amazing with my dad, kind and compassionate, excellent service

Top professional who was faultless in his systematic approach to providing the best service possible. I would recommend anyone with hearing issues to see this top professional at Boots. Explained everything in detail and all the tests were ultra thorough and covered everything. Could not have been treated any better by a professional who knows his trade brilliant. Tony c

Mubaaruck is very polite and took time to explain different options available and explained process of adjusting to having my first hearing aids very well.
Just what I needed when apprehensive about making decision to have them - thank you, they have made such a positive difference 😊

Yesterday I went for my annual hearing review at Boots Middlebrook. The appointment was on time and was with Mubarak Patel as usual.
I had an extensive hearing test after which Mubarak explained the results calmly and clearly. He was then able to adjust my prescription to improve on my hearing quality.
Mubarak is friendly, informative and professional and explains the technology at every step. Also during my appointment Sophie stepped in to efficiently service the hearing aids. I thoroughly recommend Boots hearing care, Horwich.

Made two visits to Boots, the first, about 2 weeks ago, to the hearingcare assistant Sophie, the second, today (22/10), to see the audiologist, Mubarak. Very professional attitude from both; everything clearly explained, plenty of opportunity to ask questions, questions answered specifically, i.e. not with general banalities. No direct sales pressure although, of course, Boots only makes money if it sells something. An interesting, informative and enjoyable experience.

Sophie was very kind and helpful on initial hearing test and then Mubarak was extremely thorough kind and helpful as he explained the results of my test and implications for my hearing . We are extremely grateful for his kindness and support and would highly recommend the Hearing Care Team at Middlebrook Bolton . Thank you so much Sophie and Mubarak .

I would like to thank both Mubarak and Sophie for there care and Attention and professionalism while I have been attending the hearing center at Boots in Horwich, They have both been fantastic

Having been consulted by Mubarak on a now regular basis I have found him to be extremely thorough, informative and professional. He is the best audiologist I have been seen by at Boots.

Mubarak and Sophie are lovely, friendly, helpful and professional. They are very thorough and explain everything very clearly. The hearing aids have made a massive difference to my Mum's life . The service and aftercare has been excellent and qe would highly recommend it .

Felt he was very caring and interested in giving me the best care.

Had my annual hearing aid check up at the Boots Store, Middlebrook, Bolton.

Appointment on time as always. Mubarak is the Audiologist who I have seen a number of times.

He is a genuinely lovely young man who is kind, caring and professional.

On this visit, I was using a wheelchair after having an accident, Mubarak couldn't do enough to help.

I am so glad I made a decision to purchase hearing aids through Boots.

Thank you Mubarak for a great experience again. 🙂
