The Audiologist, Danielle was absolutely lovely. She showed great understanding and empathy whist maintaining a high degree of professionalism. I also walked out wearing my new hearing aids when I expected to wait a couple of weeks after reading other patient’s reviews.

Daniella and all the hearing care staff at Boots…
Daniella and all the staff at Boots were awesome from the moment I entered the department.
She took time and patiently went through all of my hearing tests and explained clearly what had changed in my hearing and the many options to improve my hearing experiences.
Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from Daniela. She took great care in ensuring I got the right hearing aids. The service she provided was very efficient with a follow up appointment after 2 weeks and any time I want to revisit, this can be easily be arranged. Would highly recommend.

I just called in on the off chance that someone could see me regarding a maintenance matter.
They very kindly fitted me in and I was seen by Danielle who had done my hearing test and fitting originally.
She is friendly, professional and a credit to your company.

My mother received first class service from Daniela at Carlisle Boots. Her new hearing aids are 10 times better than her old ones and Daniela was very patient, friendly and thorough in her explanations and assessment.
