Second year using bon voyage out of Heathrow, great price, great service meet and greet

They were on time at the drop-off place very polite and the directions to find the pickup point were very clear. I have previously used another company and they were significantly better. I need to change the pickup day and time and venue and they were extremely helpful about this fantastic value for money cheaper than going by rail.

We changed cars shortly after making the original booking. I notified BonVoyage and the change was noted immediately and confirmed.
Our journey back from South Africa was delayed by 24 hrs. All it took was a message to Bon Voyage and the return pick-up went like clockwork.
Without doubt, the best valet parking service we’ve used at Heathrow.

When searching for parking, I read some horror stories from other people's experiences so I was dubious. I confirmed my booking after paying to ensure all was as expected. On the day of drop off Bon Voyage made contact via phone to confirm my arrival time. The meet and greet was pleasant and efficient. When I returned from my trip, the representative was very patient and remained pleasant even though I was quite delayed due to lost baggage. They will be my first choice next holiday.

Excellent service during a trying return trip.

We took off from Heathrow Terminal 4 two weeks prior. The car was collected within 5 minutes of us giving our parking spot number in the short stay car park.

We were due to land at 6am @ Terminal 3. Travel disruption meant a change of plane which arrived 7:30am @ Terminal 2.

Bon Voyage took all this information in their stride, and met us within 5 minutes of our arrival at the updated terminal (which was because of traffic at Heathrow tunnel).

As a disabled traveller, and a neuro-diverse traveller, we felt paying the addition Heathrow parking fee of £7.50 drop off & £7.50 collection was much better than other alternatives and services.

We recommend Bon Voyage and look forward to using them again.

Easy process. There on arrival and on return to the airport car park both times. No dramas and smooth process. All good for me and would certainly use them again. Couldn’t fault them.

What an excellent service from Bon Voyage! I was very wary leaving my car with them for nearly 5 weeks, but I needn't have worried. I was met at Heathrow short stay car park to hand over my car and it was delivered to me at the short stay when I returned - everything went so smoothly and it honestly felt amazing not to have to worry about shuttle buses to get to parking areas after a long haul flight - it was also one of the cheapest parking options I could find! I will certainly use them again and wont hesitate to highly recommend them. A great find!

I had an excellent experience with their service during my 10-day holiday trip in April. They were very punctual, collecting the car exactly when promised, and the drop-off process was equally efficient.

We had an excellent experience with this very professional team. Our 7-seater BMW was handed over to them at the short-stay car park at Heathrow Airport, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The car was parked in the same convenient location near the airport, and upon our return, we simply messaged them and the car was ready for collection right on time. They were highly responsive, courteous, and efficient throughout. We’ll definitely be using their service again and highly recommend them

I was initially unsure about using this company, but the positive reviews and competitive pricing compared to other Heathrow parking services convinced me to give them a try.

Communication was clear and timely, with email updates and a courtesy call a couple of days before our arrival. As we approached Heathrow, the collection driver also gave us a call, which was reassuring.

Upon arrival, finding the driver was straightforward. He was polite, friendly, and professional, which gave us confidence that our car was in safe hands.

Throughout the parking period, I monitored the car via my vehicle’s app. It was initially parked in a proper space at the Holiday Inn M4, and later relocated to what appeared to be a secure facility closer to the airport.

On our return, we received another phone call, and the drop-off driver was once again courteous and pleasant.

Overall, it was a very smooth and reliable service, and I would definitely consider using them again.

A little bit apprehensive of using Bon Voyage last August for our holiday but when we looked at the official parking, it was outrageous. Bon Voyage undercut significantly so we took a punt. And what a punt it was. We were met with our driver at the short stay carpark and once we got our bags out, he took our car. I actually left my wallet in the car and didn't realise until 20 minutes later and they were brilliant, getting me back in the car and allowing me to collect the wallet hassle free. On the return, we let them know when we passed baggage as instructed and they were there waiting for us again in Short Stay. We departed from T2 and arrived from T3 and this wasn't an issue either. Completely flexible and understanding - a cracking service! We will now be using them for our next holiday from Heathrow.

2 weeks parking with driver meeting us at the airport. Absolutely brilliant can't fault the service called when car due to pick us up as we were coming through immigration. Would highly recommend £105 with all the fees was a brilliant service. Would use them again 100%

We have used many different companys' for the meet and greet service at Heathrow and Bon Voyage has been the best by a mile. Competitive price which actually included both the airport charge and parking (we have had to pay the parking and charge with other companys). They were prompt both for our departure and arrival. We had to wait for our luggage for quite a while on arrival back to Heathrow, this was not a problem for them and were happy to wait for us. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely use them again.

Time to review Bon Voyage again and I do this being a regular user. I have used more parking operators than I can count over many many years and the reason I keep returning to BV is simply their customer service. No one else approaches it! Greeted by name when we phone and always made to feel special. Sure there are sometimes delays of 15 mins or so, but this is more than acceptable when the rest of the time, our car is waiting for us when we return.

This company is absolutely brilliant and I cannot rate them highly enough. Having avoided using any business like this for years, my nephew encouraged me to give Bon Voyage a try. I’m so glad I did. I have now used them 4 times and the service each time has been 5*
