Loved the look of the table and initially pleased. The table was expensive so expected only the best quality at that price. However, I found that one of the drawers had cracks throughout it which was shocking. Not happy with that and would expect a replacement drawer. I would share a photo of it but can't seem to upload a photo on this website...

Very good product, so happy with the lights. The only reason not giving 5 starts was the cost of delivery to ROI.

I bought 2 bar stools. Total product cost £120 plus delivery was expensive at £30. When they arrived they were not what I expected and I wanted to return. I then paid the return carriage and that was another £45. So total carriage charges £75 v product cost of £120. I am still waiting, 1 week later for my £45 refund. So I paid £75 and have nothing but carriage each way. Don’t buy from BlueSuntree unless you have seen the item in their warehouse then you will be confident that it is exactly what you want. I don’t think it’s good service for the customer to pay carriage on returns as well as initial delivery. Considering Bluesuntree is primarily a web based company.( By comparison I bought similar stools from a similar company and carriage for 2 stools was £15 and returns were free ). I would never buy from Bluesuntree again unless I could get to their warehouse in Leicester and physically view the item. Just be careful. This policy is in their small print but in hindsight I think its too risky if the items arrives and doesn't fit your needs, then you have paid high carriage both ways. I cannot imaging what the carriage would be for a large sofa and then if you didn't like it in the space it would be cheaper to eBay it rather than return. Learn from my error.

Have used this site on a few occasions. There were no issues and chairs looked like they did on the screen. Have already recommended. Shipping perhaps a bit dear but overall no complaints.

Timely delivery, packaged well. The only complaint is that some of the wood was not prepped to receive the fastener. It was not a major structural issue to hold up a heavy desk, so it is not a big deal. All in all, the quality of the desk is 5 star.

The outdoor lamps I bought from them are lovely but not at all fit for purpose 'as is' for weather conditions in the UK. They are not weighted at the bottom and there is no mechanism to secure them to grass or other surfaces so one gust of wind and they're over like skittles.
The lamps themselves seem robust enough and were sturdily packaged in a box within a box.
Customer Service from Bluesuntree was atrocious. Once they had my money it was almost like they filed me under 'wait for her to chase us'. I had to email them periodically to find out what was going on (it took nearly 3 months for them to arrive so there were a few emails). They didn't have the sense to realise I was already a disgruntled customer (after the first 2-3 emails) so best not antagonise me further and just put a note in the diary to contact me with an update next time. On no siree, that would be far too sensible, efficient and courteous! I had to chase them and chase them and chase them and I resent that enormously. Just do your job and keep in touch with your customer!!
Would I buy the lamps again? For an indoor or enclosed outdoor area - definitely yes. But for outdoors - definitely no.
Would I shop with Bluesuntree again - that'll be a resounding no.

The product came just when promised with high quality

My order did require a couple of holes to be drilled out but was generally of good quality. The drilling took about 2 minutes, no problems.
