Very pleased with purchase and customer service especially as we added to our order. The only problem was with the delivery by separate courier. They were supposed to phone first to organise delivery date, but turned up at the office when there weren't enough people to assist with pallet. Delivery was re-arranged and now a happy customer!

DAMAGED ITEMS
DAMAGED ITEMS - TWICE !!!
1ST DELIVERY CRACKED DRAW
2ND DELIVERY - MISSING PARTS AND DESK LOOKS LIKE A RETURNS ITEM AND PACKING WAS BROKEN AND PARTS BAG SPLIT OPEN.
THEY SAY HAVE A QUALITY TEAM CHECKING ITEMS BEFORE THEY ARE DESPATCHED BUT I THINK THAT TEAM ARE ARE ON CONSTANT LUNCH BREAK AS THEY CLEARLY ARE NOT CHECKING THE QUALITY OF THE ITEM.

We are sorry to see that you have taken time to post a 1 star review regarding your experience. We have looked into this matter and can see that there was an issue with your 1st delivery.
A second item was despatched which please be assured was checked before departure. Our packing team also added further packaging as an additional precaution. This action was explained to you via email and should explain why the packaging looked disturbed.
We are disappointed to hear of a further issue regarding the parts bag but are convinced this left us secure condition. Nevertheless our after-sales team immediately responded to this and despatched you the items you required the same day.
Whilst issues like this are very rare we hope that our response demonstrates our commitment to any issues which may arise after sale.

Delivery info was fine, all on time. Lamp was larger than I expected - I should have checked dimensions of shade - much bigger than the original Artemide desk lamp of which it was a copy.....my fault though.
