I went to buy some trekking sandals…
I went in to get some trekking sandals I'd seen a few weeks ago, and they were on sale (£10 off yay!), I asked the assistant if I could try them on, she was back from the stock room with my size in about 30 seconds. The assistant - Madeline - was efficient and helpful and checked I was happy with the fit. I was so I bought them. I was in and out of the branch in about 5 minutes.

Great shopping experience today at…
Great shopping experience today at Blacks from Lee and Josh. Needed to try different camping chairs, and find a waterproof jacket and gillet for festival camping. I was able to leave my purchases in the shop whilst I drove round and Lee carried out my chairs to the car.

New rucksack
Went into the Shrewsbury store looking for a new rucksack. Dan assisted me by getting some of the rucksacks down from high level. He also gave me information about the rucksacks and duffel bags I was interested in allowing me to make an informed choice.. fantastic service
