When I went to collect from the shop all the staff were extremely helpful. Such a shame its closing.

Lee is very polite and very helpful whilst I was trying to buy some new walking shoes.
It is a shame that the shows we branch in the centre of town is closing and I hope that he will be able to move to the GO outdoor store on the edge of town.
He provides an excellent level of service he is always polite and always extremely helpful and I can't recommend him enough.

Recently bought the Higear camping 4 drawer wardrobe from Blacks. In store the item was on sale reduced from £60 to £35. Iwent home and found the same item on sale for £29 on the Blacks website with click and collect from the same store, which is now closing down, hardly surprising as it's own company is undetcutting it. Good product just what I wanted, I will miss the stote though.

Although the Shrewsbury shop is closing, the staff continue to be helpful and professional. Lee, who served me, made it clear that if there were any problems with the boots I purchased, they could be taken to Go Outdoors.
It's a shame that this shop is closing.

We were served today by Lee who was incredibly helpful helping us choose a rucksack and a couple of pairs of boots. He seems very knowledgeable and willing to help, thanks for your great customer service.

We were assisted in the store by Lee. We needed a rucksack and we were undecided about which to get. Lee was fantastic taking us through the different bag options, accessories, pros and cons of each. He made the process simpler and more enjoyable for us helping us reach a decision. Not only did we buy the rucksack we also left with two pairs of walking shoes. Lee is a huge asset to the store.

Sadly this excellent store is closing down. They didn’t have what I was actually looking for - Salomons - but Lee helped me choose some Keen sandals which I’m very pleased with. Friendly customer service. Sorry to see this go.

Alex was very helpful sourcing the items I needed. I was unable to move around the store easily as I had my granddaughter in her pushchair. It was a very hot day, and we were both tired by this point. I was very grateful to Alex for his help.

I went to the store yesterday to find some replacement summer walking trainers. Lee was very helpful, and quickly found me a suitable pair. I’m sad the store is closing as the service is always outstanding, the store is conveniently located, and I always find what I’m looking for.
