Measured for Rucksack - I hadn't known that was a thing
Made to feel so welcome and great service.
I need a new rucksack 50-65l as it had been a good few years since I'd had one. The issue is I am 5"1 female so they had never fitted quite right.
The lad I spoke to produced a measuring gadge and gave me my sizes and recommendations. I went home checked the reviews and order online through the Blacks store. It was a great purchase the most comfortable I have every had.

The best customer experience anywhere
I had the best customer service in Blacks today - far better than in any of the other outdoor clothing shops I visited. Daniel put a huge amount of time into finding what I wanted. He explained the different types of waterproofing, used the bar codes to look this up precisely, got me to try on as many possible jackets as there were in stock and then found the ideal one on-line because Blacks didn't have it. He then ordered it for me. He was professional, imaginative and really helpful. In other stores I'd found it hard to find anyone to give any practical help at all. Well done Blacks - though I wish you had more women's outwear in stock. It's mostly men's , though that is true of everywhere else too. Thank you Daniel.
