Great tool, but still rather clunky to use. Things can go a bit haywire once in a while. I consider the product about 85 percent complete if approaching it from the perspective of someone who is used to things always having certain features and functions working and working smoothly

One aspect that may play a role is 5he quality (speed, latency) of one’s internet connection. I have a feeling that for this tool to work best, it requires a maximum performance network connection, which isn’t always available to nomad workers.

It’s important to state that The features and functions of this tool are absolutely amazing and incredibly good. All of the people who worked on it deserve a big raise. To accomplish what this tool does took some brilliant minds.

Biteable is amazing. I am a technically minded data analyst, not a graphic artist or video editor, and Biteable was exactly what I needed to create professional looking training videos for my team.

There was a massive selection of cool animations, themes, and music to choose from, and the format is very simple and user-friendly. The bottom line is that the animations and themes are extremely good, and really, really easy to use.

I had looked over many different "freemium" versions of other software, and Biteable was by far the easiest to use. I purchased a license to gain access to some of the added features, like custom logo and branding, and to get rid of the watermark from the free version. Plus they add features regularly.

I am pleased to see you still have the branded free account available. I often point out to Biteable's free option to create video's. Good quality and the branding is nice placed into the corner.

just wanted to say for $99 I should have all of the features. I’m a single user and wanted to use the application to finish only one project the price jump to teams is ridiculous. I really wish there was an option for single users to get all of the features but I will stick with my first complaint and that is for $99 I should have access to all of the features. I work for a nonprofit and I paid for this out of my pocket and I am very disappointed and I am very sad that I can’t get my money back.

Biteable has a lot of potential but isn’t there yet to be charging as much as you all do. I ended up switching over to Canva to finish my project. I’m just sad because I didn’t have $99 to waste and now I’m out of my money for a tool that just didn’t work for me. I was excited and then disappointed and now I’m just sad about it.

It is not possible you don´t have a undo button

I like the selection of video clips available and templates. Would be great if there was an "undo changes" feature, recently-used video clips feature, and the ability to do more within captions i.e. more than one text animation option and delayed entry of text.

The program is easy to use but limited. Also, I find the price point a little high for its limitations. I would definitely consider maintaining a subscription if the price were a little lower.

Biteable is easy to use. I would suggest a tier between Pro and Teams to allow for more music choices and other features that aren't required for a sole proprietor. Creating a video is pretty intuitive and I was able to create several in a short time. The quality of the videos is very good as well. It suits my needs.

I Love the program, I was able to create ads within minutes, and the selection of videos and available photos on the subject that anyone may be looking for, is immense, the only down fault for me is, that their is No Undo and that to me is a big necessity, when working on a graphic programs error are created all the time or change of mind also plays a part in needing to be able to Undo, hopefully this will be corrected to make this program a no worry program when it comes to Undoing mistakes!

To be paying as much money as I do and you're limited on amount of videos you can do is very sad. I find the site to be unprofessional and I'm canceling my order immediately. It's just not worth the money

Easy to use and alot of pictures and videos to work with.

Its really helped me promote my business

I make videos using traditional methods but when I want to get something out quickly I turn to biteable. Not every video edit needs to be art, it just needs to explain something or be a call to action. I can explain a concept in an engaging way with such a quick turnaround people don't believe it's possible.

It´s a great tool for someone like me who does not know how to make videos from scratch, and it also saves me a lot of time. I like the variety of templates, and how customizable they are, also the transitions, music and animations are very nice.
However I think it lacks some functions that would make it easier and more practical to use and customize, for example:
- Being able to add images, logos or footage without them needing to be related to a text caption (for example I can´t have multiple captions and keep one image on the scene at the same time)
- Being able to copy, paste or move images or text captions between scenes
- Being able to add multiple images that can appear simultaniously on the scene (maybe as an independent "image caption" or just not as background or logo caption).
- Having a search bar for the animations category to make it easier to find a certain thing instead of having to look trough every folder (just as the one there is for stock images and video).
