I used biteable for a few years, but it became too expensive to use. Today I cancelled my subscription and they took $785 out of my bank account. The cancellation screen was confusing and first I accidentally hit a subscribe option, this gave no opportunity to review and they took my money immediately. I am on a low income and used biteable as a volunteer for non profit work, so this is upsettign and tantamount to theft!

All of my content was deleted by Biteable who did not send any email to me letting me know they were going to do this. As such, I have been paying for a service who delete my content! Suffice to say I have cancelled my subscription.

The product is great and hassle free. I have been building videos from a long time but Biteable is better than others.

Would love to see Biteable add some more features, looking forward for it!

I have been using Biteable for a little over 12 mos. Have made over 120 different videos with the basic/free version, and just recently switched to the pay to play version. I find the program very easy to use now that I am experienced with it. Was not hard to use when I first started, but it took a few trials and errors to learn the various capabilities. I am very interested in seeing the voice over capabilities as a next step in my video making evolution. Overall, very pleased with the program.

Biteable advertised they were having a 66% off sale and I purchased the monthly pro plan (33 usd) and got charged the full amount (99 usd). I contacted customer support and they told me the 66% discount only applied to yearly plans even though on their page it clearly stated that I was getting a 66% discount with the monthly plan. This made me very upset and I asked for a full refund and they decided to partially refund me to "respect" the discount. I told them I didn't want to buy their service anymore so they "refunded" me the remainder. I check my bank statement and I have 2 charges, one for 99 usd and the other one for 33 usd. They tell me that it might be the way my bank works and that I have to wait 3-10 business days to see the refund. I got an email on the 4th day saying that I had gotten the refund and I check my account and I only have 33 usd refunded, still missing 99 usd. I contact them and they say they don't have a second charge registered to their account and in their record they have already refunded the 99 usd. 8 business days have passed already and I hope that by day 10 I have my money back. This has been a really bad experience, I wanted to purchase their service but I thought it was very expensive, so when I saw the sale I decided to give it a try but I regret it so much. Please be clear with your advertising. And please refund my money. Thanks

Incredibly easy to use and really speeds up our workflow for us and clients. Making videos with transitions and motion graphics is ridiculously time consuming and doesn’t scale well for a marketing company. Biteable is a breeze to use and saves hours of time with great results.

I love Bitable! I’ve been sharing it as a hidden gem secret with every business partner that I communicate with. The customer service is some of the best that I have encountered. The service is warm, friendly, and doesn’t feel like a forced auto-bot response. We recently outreached around a billing question and got fantastic service at ever level of support.

The product is also constantly evolving and getting better, which makes it an incredible value. I can’t say enough positive things!

This is the best website for video editing or making.

It's ok. the team was very helpful, and the response time was fast, however many features failed me. Eg. the fact that you can't add 2 music tracks unless you pay 250 dollars! the editing process is smooth, and the prices are not.

Great templates. Many restrictions, even at over $500 a year! Simple features such as brand kits and being able to change colors of objects are heavily restricted. This tool would be so much better if their pricing wasn't so pushy to upgrade to the highest plan. The experience at the middle tier plan is almost like I'm a free trial user because of how much is off limits.

More customization needed. Need the ability to align images/text. Command Z to undo would be nice. Adding images can be simpler. Just add a [+] in the side navigation to add image. Or drag and drop an image in.

Very efficient, responsive and helpful service and a fantastic platform to use.

Really easy to use and provides lots of resources

Biteable is a great idea but in practice there are a lot of limitations. You can't copy slides from one of your projects to another, or even within your video. When you rename your video with a different name you irretrievably lose all your changes. Tasks with animations in that would take 20 minutes in PowerPoint can take half a day to create. Please Biteable, just give us some kind of copy and paste function and everything will be much better.

I have been a paying customer for a few years now. I used a lot. Biteable Lite was perfect for amateurs. Why not leave it for those that pay?
Why not leave old videos and the ability to edit them in Pro?
No good to me now, I will be canceling my subscription.

They canceled my membership, I was pay $89 per year and I'm an old customer, the last annual payment it refused two times, and then they cancel my old payment and I have $99 per month!!! instead of per year!!
I tried with them, but no way to back to my old plan ..

- And they removed lite version with no reason, and yes it was have two big problems, but it was nice.
- Arabic language is an issue most of times.

Excellent platform. Great templates to use. Also awesome to have tracks to choose from. Very intuitive MOSTLY; trying to change layout of a scene seems to be a TAD less intuitive but overall great and exactly what we need for some promo video.

The initial sign up info looked good but once I'd started my timeline and video design I discovered you can only upload one single audio clip per video, so had to switch to powtoon software mid project.
Ok for those wanting to make short teasers or explainers but not training e-learrning producers.
