The only company of its kind that provides excellent service, updates and authentic watches.
I sourced my watch and they were helpful through every step of the purchase, I got it double checked due to lack of reviews and it checked out as authentic from an authorized dealer

Dear James,
thank you so much for sharing your experience.
It is quite understandable that you have got your watch checked. Many customers did that in the past and felt a lot better having the 100% guarantee that they have the real deal and BitDials is legit.
We are happy that you are satisfied with our product and service.

Dear Scott,
thank you so much for sharing your impressions.
In fact our prices are not as low as we would wish.
The reason for that is our more complicated accounting because of operate with crypto. Some traders on the internet, which accept only fiat payments, offer sometimes better prices. But it wouldn't be correct to compare BitDials with fiat traders directly. We operate in different markets and we exempt our customers from lot of stress and formalities while we accept crypto directly (especially for those respective amounts).
We are very happy hearing that you are satisfied with our service over all, as our customer satisfaction is our greatest asset.

Overseas shipments are a logistical challenge as many different parties and countries are involved until the parcel gets to its final destination. We try to make this as smooth and convenient as possible for the customer and are very happy when everything works so well as in your case.
Enjoy your new watch and until next time:)
