Been ordering for 4 years. They always shipped within 2-3 days, and I always received the package within a week. On 1 occasion, I received a leaking vape, but quickly sent me a new one using expedited shipping.

I’ve been ordering from B&F for years. Reliable and excellent products. I use a variety of cannabis products. The shatter bars (vegan, dark) and the Indica 3:1 capsules are my fav! Very helpful for sleeping and relaxing.

I had thought I had tried everything for sleep and one friend recommended birch and fog for their cbn sleep gummys They were beyond what I was expecting, wow to have that feeling waking up needing to stretch and wonder what time it is!!! I had not done that in a very long time. How is it that not everyone is talking about these CBN gummys ??

B+F is my go-to spot! The variety of their products are impressive—everything from anxiety and pain relief to tasty edibles and refreshing hemp drinks. I’m obsessed with their CBD for pets; it’s been a lifesaver during long car rides with my dog. I also love the rotating seasonal products. Shipping is always quick, and the customer service team is helpful.

They take your money and don’t care about the customer experience at all. Their fake sweetness as an approach to customer service is enraging when they are brushing off your actual issue. They don’t care if someone relies on deliveries for their health and will just flat out ignore you without offering a solution. Used to be decent but i guess they stopped caring. Been over a week since i spent $200 and they haven't shipped it or responded to my urgency for pain treatment.

When you purchase something that is being delivered, you expect to receive it. Once you pay, legally, I believe, it is up to B+F to prove that you received it. But they take no responsibility.

Although Interac E-transfers are a sketchy form of payment, I did receive my order !!
