I have dealt with Birch+Fog now for 6 years.

I have been a customer for almost 6 years now. Customer service has always been fantastic. Any emails I have sent have always been replied to promptly and with excellent communication skills.
I almost always have received my orders within a week of placing them. My last order in November 2024 took a little longer but am hoping that was due to the Canada Post situation.
Their selection of products is unparalleled. They have a wide selection to suit my needs and I'm sure pretty much everyone's! And I wouldn't frequent a business that doesn't offer great deals every now and then, and B&F does this :)
Lastly, I'm a pretty picky person, and if a business doesn't live up to it's promises or do what I've described above, I move on to somewhere else. B&F is my go-to and would recommend to anyone that asks.

I purchased many many THC Chocolate bars from Birch+Fog, and I got one that just wasn't right. I contacted them, they took my word for it and they very quickly made it right. I am HOOKED, I value this kind of service, and hassle free interaction above all else!!

I had been trying to replenish my supply of Bliss Tropical 375 for a while and found other websites very hard to use or to get value for $.
Birch and Fog was easier, a good price and their customer service was great. They were very friendly and responsive when I couldn’t figure out how to pay (yeah, I’m old). The customer service was really excellent. I fully recommend this site (and the product 🙂)
