Bindia er en lokal kæde af Indiske Take Away & Dine-Ins i København siden 2003. Amer Sulman er grundlæggeren af og hovedkokken for Bindia. Hos Bindia laver vi certificeret økologisk og sund indisk mad (30-60%) - også vegansk - uden tilsætningsstoffer og konserveringsmidler. Vi bruger ikke forarbejdet mad eller frituresteger og vi tilsætter ikke hverken animalsk fedt eller farvestoffer. Vi har haft Det Økologiske Spisemærke siden 2015, hvor vi som de første i Skandinavien inden for det indiske køkken satte fokus på økologien. Og vi har en klar målsætning om forsat at blive endnu grønnere. Vores mad er inspireret af Ayurvediske opskrifter og Bindia tilbyder formentlig de største portionstørrelser af retter blandt al indisk take away. I Ayurveda fungerer mad nemlig som forebyggende medicin og som den primære drivkraft bag at holde din krop sund og dit immunforsvar stærkt. Bindia betragtes som et af de bedste indiske take-away og dine-in steder – så meget at vi nu har åbnet hele 6 steder i København. Vi har nærmest intet madspild – faktisk har vi så lidt at bevægelsen mod madspild, Too Good To Go fandt det unødvendigt at inkludere os på deres app og platform, selvom vi allerede havde underskrevet en kontrakt om samarbejde. De gode, gammeldags metoder i det indiske køkken giver nemlig maden en naturlig og bæredygtig holdbarhed. Desuden har vi alle vores madvarer på køl, og den endelige ret laves først, når du bestiller den - og vi bruger aldrig mere, end det du får. Alt fra vores bæreposer, menukort og take-away-skåle er fremstillet af 100% genanvendt, ubleget papir. Både vores poser og menukort kan sorteres som papir - men vi anbefaler at man genanvender posen så meget som muligt først. For at skålene skal kunne tåle den varme, flydende mad, er en tynd plast-coating på indersiden nødvendig. Derfor skal skåle og tilhørende låg sorteres som almindeligt husholdningsaffald. Vi støtter organisationen Plastic Change, fordi vi også vil være med til at gøre en aktiv forskel for miljøet. Al vores strøm kommer fra vedvarende energikilder certificeret af vores el-leverandør Natur Energi.

I apologize if the Nan didn’t live up to your expectations. I admit there can be fluctuation in Nans' texture once a while.
Back then when Nan came to the Indian culture, it wasn’t meant to be served as a takeaway product, rather to be eaten right after coming out of tandoor. It looses its freshness as soon as it is packed.
Since our Nans are not mass-produced, unfortunately, some Nans, once in a blue moon, don't get top marks.
We appreciate when you contacted us at Bindia.dk, & we compensated you with a gift card. However, you still left a review, which we think was unnecessary, but respect your choice.

Undgå B’India Kitchen - Ufuldstændig bestilling og manglende værdi for pengene
Jeg bestilte mad fra B’India Kitchen via Wolt (ordrenummer 797, afhentningstid 19:11 den 08-07-2024) og var ekstremt skuffet. På trods af at jeg brugte mange penge, fulgte der ingen ris med i bestillingen. Det er fuldstændig uacceptabelt, at grundlæggende ting som ris ikke følger med indiske retter som Butter Chicken, Chicken Korma og Paneer Tikka Masala.
Selvom det måske står på menuen, forventer man, at ris er inkluderet, når retterne koster 155 kr. Portionerne var små og prisen var slet ikke det værd. Som førstegangskunde var denne oplevelse meget negativ, og jeg vil fraråde andre at bestille fra B’India Kitchen. Det er tydeligt, at der ikke bliver taget hensyn til kundernes oplevelse, og der mangler opmærksomhed på detaljerne. Denne form for service er simpelthen ikke i orden.

-Expect Rice to be included?-
I understand your frustration about rice, which should be directed to Wolt, not Bindia.
When I spoke to Wolt, they say it is clearly mentioned that rice is not included, therefore they don’t understand your expectation.
I only have influence on Bindia.dk, not on Wolt’s. I wish you could’ve ordered on Bindia.dk where a pop up appears if the rice are not added. On top of it, the “Pickup & paid at Bindia.dk” are 25% lesser than wolt’s.
-Why rice not included-
Unfortunately, few Indian eateries follow Thai & Chinese menu style, where rice comes with it, & nothing else.
Bindia kept the "Sides" separate, for all good reasons:
1- Giving customer’s the freedom to choose their favourite sides the same way it's done in India. Not changing the Indian cuisine’s culinary traditions.
2- When a customer chooses different sides, they have a better overall experience of Indian food as compared to when they only have rice with it.
3- If a customer orders 6 dishes, by default he will get 6 rice, of which, 2 most probably will end up in the dustbin. Pure food wastage.
-Small Portion?-
Our meal is 700 gm, (400gm curry & 300gm rice). As a young man, I find it excessive.

-“Prices not worth”-
The prices you are referring to are Wolt’s prices not Bindia’s. They charge approx. 33% on top.
Isn’t it fair that an Organic Chicken curry costs 120 kr. when a coffee costs 50 kr. & beer 60 kr?
Our regular customers prioritize our constant effort to provide high quality for last 21 years.

- No preservatives

- Environment-friendly packaging

Lækre retter men kedeligt tilbehør
Lækre retter - vi prøvede 2 forskellige, som var meget velsmagende - mango lassi ligeledes god og smagfuld. Raitaen var tynd og dressing agtig. Nanbrød var seje og uden smag (havde bestilt med hvidløg). Papadums var triste og ikke som forventet i en restaurant.

-Nan’s texture & taste-
My apologies that there can be fluctuations in Nan’s texture.
Our nans are “baked-off” from our production because small takeaway kitchens can’t room a full-fledged tandoor.
Not everyone likes a strong taste of garlic, therefore, we kept the garlic amount in the middle. Unless that you mistakenly got a Plain Nan?
-Raita thin?-
Raita is a common side dish in India, with many regional and personal variations, making it a universe in itself. You are right, it is used as a dressing as well and is thin, unlike tzatziki.
-Soggy papadums?-
I agree Papadums shouldn’t be soggy.
Deep fried papadums stay crispy but they’re greasy, and we bake them. Seldom there is a chance that humidity makes them soggy.
-Gift card-
As an apology for the Nan and Papadums, a gift card has been sent to your email.
Good food but what is organic?
Love Indian food and the concept of organic Indian food is amazing for someone like me.
However, the past 5 times I’ve been there the staff really has no idea of what items are organic…? I was once told that only vegetables (and not meat) are organic but then last time I asked again and they were not sure which specific vegetables were. It’s a shame that when you blast everywhere you are 30-60% organic that it’s impossible to find out which ingredients are (and your own staff doesn’t even know).
Portions are also quite small and usually Indian dishes are for sharing but I would say you would need one dish per person.
Lastly, I wish you would use other containers for the bread as the foil lining is filled with pfas which is so harmful.
Taste wise I think it’s really nice and if you don’t care as much about it being organic or not, I would recommend this place for Indian take away. They are always quite fast and their locations are spread well out over the city.

I wish I could provide a concrete answer, but organic certifications in Denmark for takeaways and restaurants by the health authorities are percentage-based, not ingredient-based.
Not all ingredients are consistently available as organic in Denmark or elsewhere. Therefore, it's possible that the same dish you eat today has more organic ingredients than last time due to availability or percentage-wise calculation.
-Portions in Denmark?-
Our meal is 700 gm, (400gm curry & 300 gm rice). As a young man, I find one meal to be excessive for me.

You might be right about the foil lining; however, we are working on a better solution for the Nan’s packaging.

Absolutely authentic food. Super delicious and it brings you right back to India. Go here if you're missing that distinct smell in the streets, the overly tasty curries and most perfect mango lassi.

Skuffende - trods bestillingen x-hot and super-hot er maden jævn, desværre. Prisen på 209,- incl ris/raita er jo ikke i den billige ende, havde derfor højere forventninger.

I would like to apologize that the spiciness level didn’t meet your expectations
When a dish is marked with “X-hot” chefs add two spoon of ‘chilli mix’, & I can confirm that the chef added it to your dish.
We use organic chillis and organic ingredients tend to vary in taste. For example, two organic oranges from different trees and different areas would not have the same sweetness and sourness levels. In this case, Chili's strength may have varied to some extent.
-Expensive?-
For me it is fair that an Organic meal (Lamb curry costs 140 kr. & Rice 30kr.) when a coffee cup costs 50 kr. & a beer 60 kr.

Fantastic Indian Food Delivery
I recently ordered delivery from Bindia and was thoroughly impressed. The food arrived quickly and was still steaming hot. The Tikka Masala was bursting with flavor, and the quality of the rice was excellent! The portions were ample, and the packaging was secure, preventing any spills. Bindia has definitely become my top choice for Indian cuisine!
