Bindia er en lokal kæde af Indiske Take Away & Dine-Ins i København siden 2003. Amer Sulman er grundlæggeren af og hovedkokken for Bindia. Hos Bindia laver vi certificeret økologisk og sund indisk mad (30-60%) - også vegansk - uden tilsætningsstoffer og konserveringsmidler. Vi bruger ikke forarbejdet mad eller frituresteger og vi tilsætter ikke hverken animalsk fedt eller farvestoffer. Vi har haft Det Økologiske Spisemærke siden 2015, hvor vi som de første i Skandinavien inden for det indiske køkken satte fokus på økologien. Og vi har en klar målsætning om forsat at blive endnu grønnere. Vores mad er inspireret af Ayurvediske opskrifter og Bindia tilbyder formentlig de største portionstørrelser af retter blandt al indisk take away. I Ayurveda fungerer mad nemlig som forebyggende medicin og som den primære drivkraft bag at holde din krop sund og dit immunforsvar stærkt. Bindia betragtes som et af de bedste indiske take-away og dine-in steder – så meget at vi nu har åbnet hele 6 steder i København. Vi har nærmest intet madspild – faktisk har vi så lidt at bevægelsen mod madspild, Too Good To Go fandt det unødvendigt at inkludere os på deres app og platform, selvom vi allerede havde underskrevet en kontrakt om samarbejde. De gode, gammeldags metoder i det indiske køkken giver nemlig maden en naturlig og bæredygtig holdbarhed. Desuden har vi alle vores madvarer på køl, og den endelige ret laves først, når du bestiller den - og vi bruger aldrig mere, end det du får. Alt fra vores bæreposer, menukort og take-away-skåle er fremstillet af 100% genanvendt, ubleget papir. Både vores poser og menukort kan sorteres som papir - men vi anbefaler at man genanvender posen så meget som muligt først. For at skålene skal kunne tåle den varme, flydende mad, er en tynd plast-coating på indersiden nødvendig. Derfor skal skåle og tilhørende låg sorteres som almindeligt husholdningsaffald. Vi støtter organisationen Plastic Change, fordi vi også vil være med til at gøre en aktiv forskel for miljøet. food never turned up

Ordered food though Just Eat and waited over an hour for the food only the order to be cancelled after it was far too late to order anywhere else. Apparently Just Eat and the restaurant can't organize themselves to actually deliver food to people. Ruined our evening

I'm sorry that your order wasn't delivered by JustEat. We have all our sympathies with you. 

I do understand your frustration about this episode but unfortunately, Bindia has no influence in this whole situation.

Maybe many customers don't understand how it works behind the screen.
A. Customer places the order & pays at JustEat.
B. Restaurants receive the order(without customer's details) & the approx. time by JustEat, when the order should be ready.
C. JustEat's courier pickups the order & delivers it to the customer.

But so many times for multiple reasons they delay the pickup & they neither inform the restaurants nor the customers. In this kind of situation, regardless restaurants feel pity for the customers, they're unable to get in touch with them because they don't possess customers' information. Calling JustEat means you're in a queue for 30 mins so it's useless.

In your particular case, the same story happened.
1. We received your order at approx. 20:23.
2. We Prepared the food at 20:43(within 20 minutes).
3. We kept waiting until our closing time 21:00. - JustEat didn't show up.

As I mentioned above, in this particular case we're only a food-making organ. Regardless of us wanting to help you, we couldn't.

If we are to be blamed; the only thing you can blame us for is that we partnered with Just Eat. Here both Bindia & you partnered with JustEat in good faith but JustEat ditched both of us.

You can test our customer service & delivery services by ordering directly at Bindia.dk. I'm promising on this open forum here that if we don't live upto the mark, I will give full compensation for any of your orders. But I think it's unfair that we got a bad review for something which JustEat has committed.

Har aldrig oplevet noget lignende

Jeg havde bestilt en single-ret med ris og sovs til ca. 120 kr. (normalpris er dog ca. 150 kr)
Retten bestod udelukkende af hvide ris og 1 meget lille klat sovs ude i siden ved kanten. Det lignede egentlig en joke. Og det var slet ikke i orden og slet ikke fair fordelt. (Jeg har bestilt retten 2-3 gange før, hvor det alle gangene så mere normalt ud). Og de må have lavet en fejl, - måske fordi de havde travlt. Jeg sender billede indtil dem. De påstår at sovsen ligger under risen. Det gør den ikke. Ellers ville jeg ikke have kontaktet dem i første omgang. Men de ville ikke lytte på mig, og lod mig hænge i nogle dage, før de meldte ud, at de ikke ønskede at gøre noget ved det.
Det er rigtig dårlig stil, og rigtig dårlig service.
Udover dét var Amer Sulemann (lederen) ubehagelig og nedladende at snakke i telefon med. Og han ville kun høre hans egen mening, som ikke var sandheden.
Jeg bestiller aldrig derfra igen. Og anbefaler folk at gøre det samme. Det er overpriser og med dårlig ledelse.
Jeg ved ikke hvordan arbejdsmiljøet er på dette sted, men jeg føler med de ansatte, hvis han er deres leder.

OG SOM SVAR PÅ JERES RESPONS PÅ TRUSTPILOT = Det er bare ikke sandheden. For det første havde jeg ikke brug for en hurtig løsning. Grunden til jeg ringede til jer (kun 1 gang), var fordi i kom med en påstand til woltmedarbejderen om at sovsen lå under risen på billedet jeg sendte jer. Det ville jeg tale med jer om, fordi det ikke var sandheden. DERFOR ringede jeg. Hvis ejeren nu havde lyttet til mig, havde han forstået dette. Jeg har som nævnt bestilt retten mange gange før, hvor det så ud som det skulle. Så den lille klat sovs i enden svarende til 3-4 spiseskeer , var bare ikke okay og må have været en fejl. At jeg aldrig har klaget over noget hos jer før, efter rigtig mange bestillinger hos jer, der burde i jo forstå, at der er en grund til jeg nu rækker ud pga en hændelse der er ligit. At i ikke vil tage ansvar for dette, sætter kun jer selv i yderligere dårligt lys, med en forklaring der kun halvt passer med sandheden. Bliver aldrig kunde hos jer længere. Uanset hvor “økologiske” jeres retter er, og hvor mange “99% tilfredse kunder” i blærer jer med i har, er jeres værdier slet ikke okay. Og den nedladende måde jeg blev talt til, kan kun bekræfte det. I er uærlige hele vejen igennem. Så hvorfor skulle man overhovedet tro på jeres mad er økologisk? Det er sikkert bare 20-30% øko, og så kalder i det økologisk, og tjener en masse penge på det. Har hørt en del rygter om det modsatte. Hvilket jeg begynder at tro på, da jeres adfærd er meget ubehagelig og jeres pengegriskhed. Det kan jeg også se på nogle af de andre anmeldelser herinde, at de har haft lignende oplevelser med jer

Udover det, Wolt skrev til mig at i ikke ville kompensere for det. Først derefter lavede jeg denne anmeldelse. Så enten er det jer der lyver (igen) eller også er det Wolt… jeg har ikke modtaget nogen som helst form for kompensation for denne oplevelse. Ellers ville jeg aldrig have haft skrevet denne anmeldelse. Det er jo menneskeligt at fejle. Men - ikke - at tage ansvar for sine fejl, og tage kunden seriøst er noget helt andet

Har netop kontaktet Wolt. Jeres svar til Wolt var direkte useriøst: “it comes with Rice maybe driver has made upside down”

Er det hvad i mener med at have sagt til Wolt i ville kompensere for mig? I lyver igen… Det begynder næsten at blive tragikomisk det her.

Hav IKKE tillid til dette firma. Man kan ikke stole på deres udtalelser. Eller om deres mad faktisk er økologisk. Se også de andre anmeldelser omkring dette. Der er så mange andre lækre indiske restauranter derude - Med god service og med et varmt personale . BINDIA er ikke sande i deres udtalelser og det har Wolt også lige nu bekræftet efter min korrespondence med dem

Og nåja, så anbefaler jeg at opdaterer jeres billede af retten inde på Wolt. Da det overhovedet ikke stemmer overens med hvad man får i virkeligheden. Derinde vises det på billedet at halvdelen er sovs og halvdelen ris. Det passer heller ikke

It is a bit disappointing that we got a low rating.

I would like to provide you with some facts from our side:

1. On Sunday, June 25th, You complaint to Wolt about the platter having less curry & more rice than your expectation.

2. Wolt referred your complaint to us.

3. Minutes after, you called us directly about the same.

4. We received the picture of the dish, but we didn't see anything wrong with the dish.

5. You were angry therefore I on Sunday evening , requested the Bindia's owner to take up the matter & call you back instantly.

6. Bindia's owner called you back & requested you to get in touch with Wolt as according to Wolt's contract we're not allowed to interact with Wolt's customers directly (Wolt forbids us). We promised to get in touch with Wolt regarding your complaint, which we ofcourse did.

Afterwards, we spent ample time to look into the camera footage and spoke to our chef at Bindia Lyngby. We could not identify anything unusual. Nonetheless, we still contacted Wolt and asked them to compensate you.

According to our understanding you were expecting an instant resolution which we ofcourse couldn't offer, on the call on a Sunday evening. Therefore you went ahead and punished us with a bad review on Trustpilot & Google, which we consider totally unfair.

You got a full organic meal for 120Kr. Even if a few grams of rice were more than you expected, doesn't deserve 2 bad reviews. We're however very happy that 99% of our customers appreciate us for the good food & service.

dårligt koncept

aflagde binda et besøg da jeg var sulten og ofte har spist der.
fik en butter chicken med ris og en sodavand, syntes prisen var lige i overkanten, men betalte og spiste min mad på stedet, jeg kiggede på deres menukort som hænger udenfor, jeg betalte 245 kr, men ifølge deres prisliste skulle det ende på 185 kr, jeg spurgte til den ekstra pris, det var såmænd 60 kr dyrere fordi jeg spiste på stedet.. ejeren sagde jeg kunne da bare bestille maden online så blev det kun 185 kr.
så tænker jeg lige............jeg har lyst til at gå ud og spise, så gider jeg ikke bestille maden hjem og tilmed skal betale leverings gebyr..
kære binda... tak for dejlig mad vi ses ikke mere, heldigvis liger der en indisk resturant under 100 meter fra jer, de får fremover mine penge.. SVAR TIL BINDA det er klart du ikke kan finde min ordre på din computer. Jeg kom ind i butikken og bestilte det jeg havde lyst til at spise. Så min ordre er ikke foretaget online. Jeg var der omkring klokken 18. Og da jeg skulle hente min mad fik jeg at vide at de ikke havde Taget betaling for en sodavand som jeg også havde bestilt. Da jeg henvendte mig og spurgte hvorfor jeg skulle betale ekstra for at spise på stedet, fik jeg at vide at jeg kunne bare bestille online så er det billigere. Men når man nu er ude og gå sig en tur Og får lyst til noget god mad giver det ikke nogen mening at bestille det online. Jeg tænker ikke man kan bestille online og sidde og spise udenfor jeres forretning.

We have two types of prices:
A. "Listed Prices"(regular)
B. "Orange Prices"(for pickup orders paid at bindia.dk)

As your order type was Dine-in, therefore, Orange Prices didn’t apply.

95% of our sales come from takeaway and through our webshop, availing our "Orange prices".

Two things made it good

Two things made it good. Often curries in DK are homogenous; the ones at Bindia are really quite various and good, the nans puffy and nice, not greasy. This has always been the case. This time the customer service was good. When I ordered and paid online, the printable receipt said it hadn't been paid. I contacted customer service and they immediately made sure the mistake was erased, and then they followed up diligently and well.

Best & cheapest on orange prices:

Fantastisk god kvalitet

Bindia laver virkelig god mad i en fantastisk kvalitet til meget lave priser. Børnene er også helt vilde med deres butter chicken og vi bruger dem især til take away og har gjort det i flere år, fordi indisk mad er super lækkert og børnevenligt og Bindia laver den bedste kvalitet

Mushroom Funugreek removed from menu

As a vegetarian, I loved your mushroom funugreek so much and that has been one and the only dish I ordered from you because it tasted so good and you use nice mushroom not just boring champagion like all the other Indian restaurants.

Great indian food

I'm surprised at the negative reviews, as we have ordered from here numerous times with no issues. The naan is always freshly baked and soft. The seekh kebabs are excellent and curry portions are generous.

Nice taste, but major misstep (order ID 186123).

Bought a big new years eve dinner the 30th of dec. in Lyngby (20.30 PM). Only at dinner the next night did we discover that the vegan chickpea curry (Channa Masala) we had ordered had been replaced with a Korma Chicken curry. Our vegan at the party was not happy, and despite the rest tasting fine, neither were we. Pretty bad when you pay almost 850 kr. for takeaway.

I would sincerely apologize that you got 1 X Chicken Korma instead of 1x Channa Masala.

It’s unfortunate that my colleague couldn’t double check your order which is quite rare at Bindia and of course unacceptable.
