They are not reliable I booked my CBT with them I paid full amount in advance when I arrived there they said today Instructor is not available I need to rebook again next date please don't book with them any course.

I did my CBT training on Saturday 4th September,
El the trainer was superb and very informative, I have done my CBT on numerous occasions at Bikewize and have always been pleased with the way they do their training, I would have no hesitation in recommending them for motorcycle training, great instructors.

Really recommend Bikewize. Staff were very friendly and helpful in obtaining my cbt certificate.

We had El and Lyndon at Worcester Park, who were both absolutely incredible, professional, funny, confident, and made us all feel considerably safe.

Thank you to Bikewize for a comfortable, friendly teaching environment. Highly specialized instructors, easy course to understand, the instructor was helpful when I didn't understand. I had Instructor Al who was calm and reassuring out on our ride, he was constantly talking to one of the riders, giving us dangers to look out for, how to avoid said dangers and reminding us of the correct procedures to follow when we didn't follow them correctly. Very professional, had a lovely new geared bike to ride. Enjoyable and a good way to get my CBT.

This review may take a while to read but for all good reason, there is alot to know about Bikewize and the people there amidst the reviews so here is a clear insight as to what I've seen and experienced throughout.

Let's start with the booking system...
The website is easy enough to use, it is straight to the point with all information and tools to get the CBT booked followed by emails which have links to direct you to all the answers and resources you will need so that you are prepared before you arrive. If you don't fancy that then a call to either Lyanna or Lynsey at the office will be on hand to guide and find a suitable time to get courses booked.

My experience with the CBT was fantastic, and I have a whole Google review in itself to cover that but to keep it short and sweet the instruction, attitude, knowledge and experience I had with Elliot, one of the CBT instructors was phenomenal and it was so great to see him supporting not just myself but other students too. All 3 of us got to the required standard that day and that was down to that extra he gave in order to facilitate that.

Fast forward a few months I was up for my Full Licence.

Moving onto training, I spent my first day on one of their Benelli 125s. A suitable move given that there was a fair gap between my CBT and Full Licence training where I hadn't of ridden, I got up to grips with the bike well, making sure I could still maneuver and control a bike correctly which was done through a lovely trip to Box hill with my instructor Paul, lovely individual, will speak calmly, take the time explain things to you and be direct in what needs to be changed in your riding as you go along, so some nice helpful tips there from the get go before moving onto the CB500s. What I like about Bikewizes location is that the roads are very versatile, in one direction you have roads that are 20s and 30s, in others you are heading up to national speed limits...you can cover a fair amount of ground during a ride and enough where your wrists are not killing or to the point where fatigue is kicking in that makes you start going back with your learning! I found the start and finish times of these days suitable.

The fleet Bikewize has is nice, you got some recent CB500s, new fleet of electric CBT bikes and some stunning MT07s....one day I say to myself...so there is something for everyone and it is good kit too....the clutch felt lovely on the CB500s, strong healthy engine and a cracking gearbox. The 125s are great for learning when being introduced to riding and getting to grips...but there is naturally a huge difference in your riding experience overall between a 125 and something like the CB500s and I imagine the MT07 so I encourage those on a CBT to train for their full licence as well through Bikewize.

MOD 1 training was good again done with Paul, had plenty of time to practice and was patient, we ended the session on a high on all aspects, from the Figure of 8s and U turns to the emergency stops and Hazard Avoidance exercise....if you can do it there...you can do it on the test and I quite liked the confidence that brings to you, because on the test there is alot more space than is really needed, so when you crack it here, it sets you up nicely for the MOD 1, I learned the lesson of needing to squeeze the front brake a tad more!

Today I went for my test with the Boss, Jim. Lynsey gave me a call the day before just to make sure I know what time to arrive for too which was nice and beforehand Lyanna was an absolute star at getting the dates sorted out for my test in line with my days off, very efficient and lovely to speak and deal with.

Jim is class...he is direct, he will tell you exactly what you are doing and what you need to be doing, he is fair and very knowledgeable in his craft, good banter and someone I have been so pleased to have as an instructor, he has truly taken care of me and given alot to where I have gotten my Full Licence. When you have such a short space of time to take on so much, Jim's approach is great to get solid drills in and it stuck with me during my test so something must have been going right! Ultimately the test is now on your hands to deliver

Bikewize have had my back through what has been a good few months from start to finish, they have never been strangers. You can train anywhere and get a licence anywhere eventually with enough time and money however, training here has genuinely had an impact on me...I now also know about extra little courses that I can go for and do to become a better rider!! and all of what I've had is beyond something that I can explain here and now, but it is definetely something that I hope you can go see and experience for yourself.

It is safe to say that I will be back for my A licence.

The gentleman who conducted my CBR renewal training on Wednesday 13th July was excellent. Such a lovely person, so wise, knowledge and patient too. The ladies in the office were pleasant too. Good overall experience and I recommend them.

Can't praise this company enough for the CBT training they provided me. Having not been on a motorbike for a long time, I was made to feel at ease and I found the instructor (Elliot Palmer) to be very knowledgeable, safe and engaging. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I only ride to commute into London and don't need anything more exciting than a 125cc because of heavy traffic in Central London, however, redoing my CBT every 2 years over the past 10 years has both become costly and tiresome... it was a no brainer to do my DAS with Bikewize.

Jim and Paul are memorable instructors that I've had during my CBTs and Jim helped me pass my DAS. Jim is old skool tough love type instructior, which in my opinion is a good thing. Extremely high attention to detail and will let you know where you're going wrong. His expectations are high and rightly so, as you want to pass first time right? The support and help through the team is very warm, genuine and helpful. Jim will get you to a riding level where you're actually riding better than what the examiners expect and this for me is why I wouldn't go anywhere else. You'll tighten up your bike control skills, open your eyes to road markings and signs and this will all help with your confidence in passing. Thank you for helping me pass my DAS.

I recently passed my cbt and full licence with bikewize. All the trainers are friendly and helpful. They will tell you your faults, but don’t let this worry you. You want this tough love to get you through the test! I Had a MT07 with an akropovic exhaust on it. Absolutely loved it!!!

Good instruction and excellent instructor.

I was a bit concerned as an older learner that I may have taken on too much learning to ride, but the tutor at Bikewize was amazing and put me at ease straight away.

The education was comprehensive and efficiently delivered whilst taking care to make sure that all learners understood before moving on. I left, having passed, and feeling confident and competent to be on the road.

Where do I begin with this amazing company - I cannot recommend Bikewize enough!! I have returned to them time and time again as I’ve progressed through my biking journey and my overall experience with the whole team has been incredible! I just want to give a shoutout to Lyanna (the boss) first, who has been nothing short of amazing to me. The customer service she provides is exceptional, she is unbelievably organised, knows her business inside out, her email reply’s are super quick and efficient, her professional advice has been honest and true to word, she’s been so welcoming each time stepping into the office, & can’t thank her enough for many other reasons also. I started my training at Bikewize in Sept 2020 completing my CBT… fast forward to this year 2022, with my CBT renewal date looming, I decided to take the plunge and aim towards getting my full motorcycle license instead. I did a few geared upgrade days with brilliant Steve to get used to the manual bikes and gears, before my 5 day DAS course with Jim & Paul. I’ve spent many hours with Jim & Paul during this time & what a team they are. The mixture of their teaching styles are the perfect combination, & their quality of teaching is second to none, complimenting eachother so well. Jim will push & test your riding ability from the off, in the best way to ensure you are safe on the roads at all times, and become the best & safest motorcyclist you can be (you’ll most probably be dreaming of Jim most nights throughout the DAS, I can guarantee!) Paul lives, eats & breathes motorbike’s, he’s been an absolute pleasure to ride alongside and learn from. He has an extremely calming & supportive manner which made me feel incredibly relaxed. His brilliant, funny one liners & dulcet tones over ‘radio bikewize’ really made the experience too! Jim & Paul have both been top top mentors & I really feel like I’ve learnt from the best in business! I can’t thank everyone at Bikewize enough for making me feel so at ease, & not judged, I seriously really looked forward to coming every session! I can finally say I passed mod 1&2 with an A2 license, so who knows I’ll most probably be back again sometime in the future for my full A license haha!
