Zero stars! Having placing an order almost a month ago. The parcel seems to be lost which means no goods and no money. Answer from bikediscount?? Be patience! Seriously??? I just want my money back as I had to purchase the items somewhere else spending money twice. The worse CS I have never experienced.

J'ai commandé un VTT en promotion et le lendemain de ma commande il baissait de plus de 100€ , j'ai l'impression de m'être fait arnaqué. Le colis est envoyé depuis l'Allemagne avec DHL puis c'est Colissimo qui prend le relais en France. Vu le prix des frais de port ils pourraient au moins prendre un transporteur privé. Colissimo = problèmes, de plus je ne pense pas que colis soit assuré assurés! et même si, un colissimo ne peut pas être assuré à plus de 1000euros donc si mon colis se perd j'aurais au minimum la différence 'dans les dents'. Je pense que Les avis sur bikediscount sont trompeurs car seuls les avis positifs sont retenus sur le site. Heureusement il y a trustpilot! J'aurais du lire les avis ici avant de commander. On ne m'y prendra plus.

Hola vi unas zapatillas de carretera gaerne estilo+ con un 40% de descuento y al ir a comprarlas no me dejaron y enseguida modificaron el precio llevo desde el 21 de agosto escribiéndoles correos y me contestan que no responden correos en español les escribo en ingles y me responden incongruencias poco profesionales y y no asumen sus errores

Habiendo comprado material de marca premiun y uno de los tope de gama de la marca Ritchey, despues de 6 meses de haberlo usado y al montar mi nueva bici me doy cuenta que este producto (tija Ritchey WCS) esta completamente defectuoso. Se lo comento a la tienda para saber que solucion podemos encontrar ya que obviamente tiene una garantia y me responden despues de 1 semana esperando y literalmente: no aceptamos su reclamacion, gracias. Sinceramente esperaba mas de una mega conocida tienda como esta. Nunca mas comprare aqui.

Schon oft bestellt, noch nie Probleme gehabt. Bis jetzt sehr zu empfehlen!

I've been a customer for years and happy to be so until very recently. I've never ever experienced such a bad customer service:

I bought a new crank for my MTB, which it needed. I found the best price on bike-discount.de (great price comes with a cut of costs somewhere)... I installed the crank during the weekend, but after three days I noticed a wiggle in the crank, which was due to a faulty threading. After three days of use, the threading was completely worn out. I was surprised and send the crank back to Germany.

Here it took bike-discount.de THREE weeks to look at my crankset, then send it back - and here's where it gets really tricky. They haven't done anything. After three weeks I've gotten the same crank back. Or not quite, they only send the drive-side!!! So I ask where the other half is and they say it's in the mail. Who does this?

Anyways - so after more than a month I recieve my crank set back. Not being repaired or anything. Now I ask for a refund, but gets told I've mounted the pedals wrong. And now they won't respond to my e-mails.
I've repaired bikes for several years and know how to mount pedals. They even have a "L" and "R" marking, ffs!

So now I'm left frustrated, without a functional bike, with a useless crank and bike-discount refusing to refund the money. I mean, how can a business survive with this kind of service?

TLDR: The company is slow, bad and refusing to refund the money I paid for a defect product. This is by far the worst online shopping experience ever!

Achat d'un cadre carbone chez bike discount, prix intéressant et tout les accessoires disponible, message de prise en charge rapide et envoi suivi jusqu'à la frontière allemande, le suivi en France a été plus long mais tout aussi correct. Colis reçu en une semaine en parfait état.
Pour une deuxième commande je suis ravi.
Merci à toute l'équipe ;-)

fatto preventivo per diversa merce, all'atto del pagamento un oggetto era sparito dal carrello, non era più disponibile, certo può succedere, ma se mi dai disponibilita vuol dire che c'è, altrimenti meglio dire ultimi pezzi o solo uno, questo sarebbe meglio, comunque portale ben fatto, prezzi ottimi, qui in italia i negozi fisici di questi oggetti chiuderanno tutti!!!!

Bikediscount has not been as swift as Bikediscount previously has been. Waiting weeks for a kids bike is not ok, when the homepage is giving the information that is going to be delivered within 5 days.

I had to call Bikediscount several times before they reacted.

so if you can wait for a long time.....

Moreover the bike was scratched when delivered.

Hice un pedido consistente en dos Cube Race One. El tiempo de llegada fue rápido. La sorpresa vino al desempaquetar las bicis. Venía cada una de diferente forma. Una de ellas tenía un cable de freno rajado, faltaban los tapones de las llantas y, lo peor, faltaba el cierre rápido de la rueda delantera. Tuve que quitárselo a mi antigua bici para poder usarla. Tardaron mucho (creo recordar que unos 25 días) en darme una respuesta a mi reclamación. Me solicitaron fotos de los desperfectos y se las remití. Evidentemente la bici ya había sido utilizada, no tenía porque mantenerla impecable hasta que se dignaran a responder. Cuando vieron las fotos me acusaron de intentar engañarles pues la bici presentaba suciedad. Les expliqué la situación y que había recurrido a un cierre que ya tenía. Finalmente accedieron a mandarme las piezas. El problema es que yo escogí este modelo de bici por utilizar todo de Shimano XT, pero ellos decidieron enviarme el modelo que les dio la gana. Reclamé pero ya no han respondido. Os puede parecer poco, pero si pago 1.100 € por un artículo espero que llegue completo y en perfectas condiciones. Puede haber algún fallo siempre y cuando sea solucionado, pero por lo que veo ellos desconfían de un cliente que ha pagado ese importe multiplicado por dos. Imaginad que hubiera pasado si el problema hubiera sido mayor.

Hello everyone,
I ordered some components, and it seemed that the goods arrived here, but since I was at job, I did not get it, and no message from any deliverer. Emailed them, but did not hear anything back. Next, I went around to postoffices, and found my package. I email them again , taht I had found my package, but still no feedback.
They should take it a bit more seriously about customer service.
I should mention, that I got the goods very fast from the sender, and package was fine.
I will try to order again another time, and report back afterwards.
