Very efficient and easy to get along with.
Van is very tidy let's just if it stands the test of time.

I made e purchase on 12th of August 2025 for an Iveco pickup truck for £26.000 . I paid the deposit and signed the finance agreement and a warranty was agreed. On the way home after 20 minutes that I left the company the truck lost power. I returned to them straight away and was promised that was nothing serious and they were gona check the issue and solve it. They gave me a small courtesy van so I could return home. The day after they advised it was a sensor that they were gona replace it. The day after they told me that it was electronic control unit ECU and it need to go back to Iveco (Main dealers). I than advised them to replace the truck with an identical one or I would cancel the agreement. They advised me that they didn't have a like for like replacement so than I requested via email a few time the cancellation of the agreement and a full refund which they kept ignoring.

I bought a car on December 11th 2024.
I have finds issues with car taken my car into garage and they finds issues in my car which is clearly engine which is car piston was damaged and head need to be replaced and total bills about repair is 4200£.
I wasn’t bothered Inform them in first place because they offered with 6months warranty which cover my repair but unfortunately it’s declined.
Due to different reasons then I have chase with my car dealership and informed situation which is this .
They started saying that car sold 7months before and informed lately only which is nothing to with them and it’s my problem now deal with warranty.
I ask them car just below 7k miles only which I have driven total miles drive 55k .which is liability from your side give a support.
I mentioned that clearly you are cheating right.
Then they told me off by if you feel like cheating talk with solicitors against the car dealership.
Which they are saying its 6years olds car which is can’t be helped from now.
From my side I asked them I bought the car 15500£ put extra 500£ extended warranty also.
Now I am paying EMI and insurance and tax which I can’t if use the service at all.
I completely unhappy about situation.
What I was expecting least support from them as person who bought car from them which before 6months which is their responsibility.
I suggest nobody should experience this situations.

Dealt with Tasmin. Straight talking. Done everything she said she would do to make it an easy transaction. The price advertised at is not the actual price u pay as there is admin and extra warranty. But vehicle itself was good. Would buy another vehicle of them and recommend they are a good company to trade with.

I was going to buy a van from a man called simon. The van i viewed was not the van i wanted to purchase was not completely comfortable with that. Decided to back out out because it wasnt the same van i paid a deposit for tha van. It needed to be utility spec the van i viewed but in any case i was refunded my deposit within 24hrs. So that was absolutely perfect so it started wrong but was sorted by the end not too bad

I had the absolute worse experience ever with this company back in April this year. I urge anyone who is looking to buy from them to reconsider. Not trust worthy at all!

I was looking for a new car as mine was slowly on its way out. I came across a Renault captur which was being sold by this company. As it was within my price range, I immediately called up to know more details. I had noticed that in the car description it mentioned that they were only looking to sell “business to business”. I questioned this to the sales advisor and wanted to understand what was meant by this. The advisor then went on to explain that they ideally would like to sell to a business, however they could sell to me “no problem” as I was interested. This originally did make me cautious, but hindsight is a magical thing eh…

When visiting the vehicle it looked all in order. We sat down and asked to see all past MOTs and history of the car, which again seemed all fine. The only thing that was mentioned to us by the sales advisor was that there was no warranty with the car. After debating for a while, we decided to go ahead with the purchase as we were in need of a new car quickly. I was worried at first about having no warranty with the car, however I never had one with my past car (and I had that for 7 years!).

Originally I was very impressed with my ‘big girl purchase’ and was excited to drive my new car. However… one whole week after the purchase, I had an array of warning lights show up on the dashboard. Naturally I panicked. After going to a local garage, I was told that the car has multiple faults that would cost me hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds to fix. This was clearly quite a shock to me as I thought they were a reputable company to purchase a car from. I was then advised to take the car back to them under the 30 day Consumer Rights Act. But unfortunately, Big Van World wanted nothing to do with the situation.

After multiple calls with citizens advice and many emails sent, I finally received a reply from Big Van World. In their reply they circled a small section of hidden writing from the receipt stating “sold for parts only”… Obviously I was very upset and angry by this news as it was not mentioned by the sales advisor at the time. At no point during any of our first conversations was I made aware about this vital piece of information. Even when looking through all the paperwork that needed to be signed, I do not remember seeing this due to it being hidden within an abundance of tiny writing.

Unfortunately, this meant that I had to deal with this c**k up on my own. I had no help or advice from anyone at Big Van World. I later found out that the car still had some sort of finance on it, preventing me from even selling the car via we buy any car…! After trying to contact Big Van World again, they eventually sent over a fresh HPI check.

Finally I was able to get rid of the car, but not without struggle! And £1000 less in my bank account…

I don’t ask for any reply or argument with this company, I would just like to make others aware of how untrustworthy and difficult they are to deal with. By not being transparent and open about what they were selling, it has taken me on a wild goose chase to rectify the situation. I think that the staff are unhelpful in every which way, and they should learn how to communicate with people better. I will most definitely learn from this situation, and meticulously pick apart any future paperwork that I sign.

For absolute certain, I will not be buying or even associating with this company again!

A couple of weeks ago on a Saturday late afternoon my daughter ask me to Call big van world about a new Yz125. For sale, I spoke with Torie as I wanted to part-ex her old bike on the new one and with in a short time not only did we do a deal, Mike and Torie arranged for the bike to be delivered t Cheddar moto park the following morning, and she was on track by 11.
