Well were do you start Bought a bike off them,when i come to sell it told it was a year older lost money on the trade in,contact Big Mx World and offered discount that was not discounted as the item was over £200 cheaper else were,Mis selling a bike is not good business since spoken to a few friends in the Mx community who have also had bad sales with the company.Most people will ignore the above facts but trust me avoid or at least do your own checks first as these clearly dont check.

Excellent service from Bradley and the team, with superb customer satisfaction from my perspective as the purchaser of a new van for my roofing business.

Purchased a van today from BVW with the help of micheal. He was very professional, very helpful. When I first viewed the van there were some issues that needed sorting. Micheal arranged for the work to be done and more, I was kept informed of the progress and when I returned to collect, the vehicle had been excellently prepared.
I had a 3 hour journey home and the van performed perfectly. Would highly recommend and would like to thank micheal for a smooth purchase.

They don't care about you and your van/vehicle after you buy it ....they are nice until you sign the document after that if problems come ...they are just useless...have it a van from them the engine broke down after I trt to fix it changed 4 injector,turbo and aftert that engine broke down...they take the vehicle back and lett me with a bigg hole.in my pocket ....not recomanded

Another great experience with these guys (my second time) the issue i had was dealt with immediately and professionally just how it should be! These guys are as good with aftersales as they are with sales, i didnt have to listen to excuses or be passed over from one department to the next or wait days/weeks for any news the whole experience couldnt of been better! ..i would not hesitate to use Big Van world again and fullt intent to in the near future.

I wish there was anything less than 1 star to rate this company with bunch of sweet talkers,to get you to drop your funds into their account, then slight mistake and see their other side,you can read the formation of the company online and you will understand where I am driving at.

I humbly bought a van from them in July 2025, they sold me a wrong and faulty van,I complained and returned the van after 4 days,asked for my deposit and they took £1200 from a deposit of £2171 that I paid them, who does this?!!! My funds are in your possession and you gave a condition, what do you expect.

I don’t know why the government should allow such companies to be existing scamming and robbing poor people of their hard earn money. I am waiting for the court’s judgments.I will not stop to tell the world my terrible experience until the court sorts us out.

My friends in media have been waiting for me to tell them the whole story so they can air it everywhere named as news for the whole world to know who this Big Van World in Swindon is!

Amazing service

I had seen a van on their site and was sent a video . It was exactly what I was looking for . There were some adverse reviews made on Google so decided to travel 160 Miles to view it, just to be sure about everything . I dealt with Mike , who was very pleasant and relaxed about my enquiry . It was much better than expected and thinking to find minor faults . There were none . Took it for a test drive and decided to buy it but would collect a few days later . A member of staff collected me from Swindon station and took me back to their premises . The van had been very , very well prepared and after dealing with the usual paperwork , drove 160 miles back without issues .
Mike dealt with everything in a very professional manner , and it’s obvious from the facility they are focused on customer care . So, this is my honest review and if you read the negative ones , then I guess it’s the writer of the same who was not being honest and was a keyboard warrior

Tasmin was the sales representative i dealt with and i must say she made my experience of buying a van very easy and straight forward, was always on hand if i needed help with anything. Very welcoming place when visiting to pick up the van with coffee/tea being offered for all customers, they also made sure my demands of budget/monthly payment would be met wokring hard to find the best deal for me.
