the worst experience ever with support
the worst experience ever with customer support or backend team. The issues 52588284, 52587041 were raised and resolution is still pending for a week.
This is my 1st purchase with bigrock and won't advice or suggest anyone to use this platform.
The customer support disconnect the call on my face, backend team is not responding tentatively. I have to call everyday to ask for the status and rather than providing update before going on week off team is gone and I have to again wait for Monday for just ETA.
