WORST EVER EXPEIRENCE IN ENTIRE WEB HOSTING EXPERIENCE OF 8 YEARS
I have purchased VPS from this company, their sales team just logs out mid conversation, still I proceed to purchase and they generated my order with 20GB space instead 200 for a VPS, a VPS which they are charging twice from market.
Connected with their team and they have only day support, wasted two days to get the things sorted out.
Then I realized even after paying for full year WHMCS license, it is not added in order. AGAIN, reach out to the team, available in day, wait and get license again.
Started setting up the server, and here comes their Tech Excellance!!! I have asked that where I can download the WHMCS zip as official WHMCS Site has written that if you obtain a license key from reseller then they will provide the zip. Explained support 10th Time, their excellent team telling me you need developer help to download the file, where in world the developer only can click download. Explained 6 times that WHMCS link you shared redirect to their log in and this won't work, after wasting 2 hours neither solved and amazing part, tech team can check what is that part again in MORNINGGGGGGG!!
People say support Indian Org, for these services? I have two VPS and eight hosting company account and purchase but this got me understood what is worst rating could be.

Malware attack within 1 week of purchase of domain from Bigrock India
CUSTOMER ID: 33466818
Within 1 week of purchase of domain, hosting services with domain protect + features,Site lock function and comodo SSL certificates there has been malware attack on the website/domain. All the malware scan and automatic malware removal on detection claims by Bigrock is an eye wash. They dont provide any definitive time frame for resolutions on raised complaints about malware attacks. Keep their client clueless and on a very long waiting period on complaints raised. No support staff or instructions to get a website going seamlessly smooth immediately after purchases. Mistook too many positive reviews about Bigrock India and the reality is a very frustrating experience. CASE ID: 52971224 provided over phone by support staff and email sent to support at Bigrock got automatically rejected then another CASE ID 52985842 was provided by email on 28th May 2026.
