The worst. I had issues redeeming GAME NIGHT - boots every time trying to redeem and Treasures (Chests) won't allow to clear - boots out. The HELP site Clears my Tickets- won't even HELP. My TICKETS get Closed immediately. They are of no assistance at all-They just don't care.

I bought two games from these people and neither of them work,, i have been blamed my computer has been blamed and my system has been blamed after many emails to them trying to get a refund suddenly the email address is not working ,,they have blocked me and are not talking to me anymore !

Nachdem ich acht Mal Kontakt zum Unternehmen aufgenommen habe und das gekaufte Spiel immer noch nicht herunterladen konnte, habe ich um Rückerstattung gebeten. Aber! Nun kommt keine Antwort mehr und Gmail wird nicht mehr angenommen. Fühle mich betrogen.

Spiel gekauft und versucht zu installieren. Auf meinem alten Windows 7-Laptop nicht funktioniert. Daraufhin habe ich mich an den Kundensupport gewendet und bekam eine Punktegutschrift, mit der ich mir die Mac-Version laden konnte. Bis dahin gut wirkender Support. Dann: Spiel installiert und lässt sich nicht abspielen. Error-Code 809. Angeblich läuft es nicht, weil im Hintergrund noch andere Spiele laufen. Dann schaue ich in meinen Programm-Ordner und das Spiel-Icon wird mit einem Verbotszeichen dargestellt. Und vom System heißt es, dass der Entwickler die App aktualisieren muss, damit es läuft. Ich den Entwickler ausfindig gemacht, der schon seit mindestens drei Jahren nicht mehr existiert. Die Seite gibt es zwar noch, aber sie machen klar, dass es keinen Support mehr gibt.
BigFishGames bietet demnach immer noch Spiele an, die nicht mehr unterstützt werden. Und macht dadurch Geld mit nicht funktionierender Software.
Das ist in meinen Augen schwerer Betrug.

I reached out to them via my email and provided my Friend Code 77257381 to explain the problem, but I have yet to receive any response or resolution.

The game has turned into a platform for exploiting players instead of offering an enjoyable experience. This company shows no respect for its users and does not care about their complaints. If immediate action isn’t taken to improve their support, I strongly warn everyone to avoid this game or invest in it.

Big Fish Casino’s lack of professionalism will only lead to the loss of trust from the gaming community. I hope this review serves as a clear message to the company to improve its services immediately.

I am so sad at how badly this site has deteriorated. I have been trying to get games for my iPad, but Customer Service just sends me around in circles and they will not refund the money I paid. Please save yourself a headache and do not use this site

A game I bought had a issue so I wrote into Customer Service about and they knew the game had problems, in past times Bigfish was always giving out codes for free games when there was a issue with there games. But when I emailed them I accidently signed my own name instead of my moms who the order number is under but lives in the SAME house who kindly buys me games on occasion but because I signed my name instead of hers the crooked Customer Service basically denied me a free game because of it, and wouldn't refund me the points I had used on the game! So buyers beware you've been warned! I ended my subscription with them because of this incident!

The game is actually a scam! People sink a lot of real money into this game too for bad customer service and to be scammed. On one slot I received 2 mini jackpots which were meant to pay 25m virtual chips... I was paid 4m for both, I reported this to the customer service team who claims to respond in 24hours, after several days they called me a liar. Even though I provided them with screenshot evidence. I was not compensated for my bad experience either... Awful experience playing this game

I can’t even give this a one star. This game is a rip off. It does not pay out and is not a fun game because all it does is take your money. It’s a waste of time. Do not play this game. The developers of this should be sued.

They blocked my account by error and refuse to do anything about it. User for years and dozens of games and this is what they said (direct quote) :" If you would like to still have your games, you'll have to create a new account and purchase the games", what a joke, and on Christmas of all days. Pure thieves. Stay away.

I've been playing big for over 6 years and spent lots of money on chips. This game is not fair and you will constantly lose so you have to buy chips to keep playing. It's boring and unfair!

Har tidligere brugt siden og haft spil. Ville nu prøve et nyt spil og købte spillet til 70 kr men er blevet trukket 400 kr fra min konto.
Har klaget uden svar.

Ich war jahrelang zahlendes Mitglied. Habe zig Spiele gekauft. Jetzt mit neuem PC wollte ich sie erneut herunterladen - geht nicht. Auf Nachfrage warum kamen nur schwammige schlecht übersetzte Ausreden. Angeblich arbeiten sie (und das angeblich schon seit 2 Jahren!) daran. Nie wieder!!

Really this doesn't even deserve a 1/2 star... Customer service doesn't give a **** about the good paying customer and it's true you pay good money for 2 minutes of play I suggest never to download

First of all they don’t seem to manage or maintain their systems. The games are riddled with bots that take most of the wins, especially jackpots. They charge relatively big bucks for little play. All in all a huge waste of money and time.

Ich hatte viele Jahre ein, zeitweise sogar zwei Clubmitgliedschaften. Habe brav bezahlt und irgendwann das Interesse verloren und gekündigt. Auf einem Konto hatte ich für rund 300 Euro Gutschriften, die mir natürlich bei Kündigung nicht erstattet wurde. Nun habe ich vor kurzem dem Account wieder aktiviert und siehe da, aus den 300 Euro wurden plötzlich etwa 70 nach dem neuen System, da man inzwischen nur noch Rabatte für seine gesammelten Punkte bekommt. Vor einigen Jahren gab es immerhin noch kostenlose Spiel für Clubmitglieder...alls abgeschafft!
