I was a Gamehouse member for at least 3 years. But since the beginning of March I'm not able to download or play any games. I contacted the support office and followed all their suggestions, but nothing worked. I cancelled my subscription because I just can't play any games. I tried to contact support again, but they don't even answer anymore. Such a bad experience!

i was charged 99.88 for a year i did not order the change i always go monthly I want my money back I will make sure I keep posting until you give it back

CANNOT GET ANY OF MY GAMES TO DOWNLOAD OR PLAY.

For some time now, I have appreciated Game-house games and currently own several titles. I have spent many enjoyable hours playing them; however, recent updates have removed numerous features, and the games now experience significant lag. Attempts to contact customer support have been met with limited responsiveness and unresolved issues. Unless improvements are made, I may need to discontinue using these products due to concerns with service and performance.

I've been a member for years now and have noticed a sharp decline in quantity and quality games on offer over the past 18 months. Gamehouse used to host some great HOP games, with amazing stories and graphics, now, most often, the games are poor quality, with low production values. It is really disappointing.

I am working through the games to find anything that matched a lot of the games I liked 18+ months ago, but the pickings are slim. Once I've looked through, I'll probably close my subscription. I'll check again in the future, because this was a really great service for a long time.

I know ten quid a month isnt big money, my beef is the game`s just dont get updated often enough and the web site just becomes stale, its better to pay for a couple of months then end your subscription for another couple.

My bank card was hacked twice directly after paying for a monthly subscription. Not a coincidence. Do not use this site.

They locked me out of my account, would not respond to my requests to resolve the issues and continued to charge me every month. The bank put a stop payment but according to the bank they change business names/account numbers to continue to charge you. Had to cancel the card to get it to stop. Please beware!

I was shocked to see £25 taken from my account by GameHouse without my knowledge or consent. I never signed up for any subscription or agreed to any payments. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. There was no clear communication, no reminder, and no transparency. I demand a full refund and will be warning others to stay away from this.

SCAMMERS! Never searched the website, never tried to buy anything, never agreed to anything. But £49.99 charge!!! Have to wait until it’s out of my pending to report to the bank.

Jeg ved ikke om det er en svindler der figurerer som gamehousee, som figurerer på min mors (75 år gammel absolut ikke gamer) kontoudtog. Men det er umuligt at finde en kontaktmulighed og nu abbonenter hun så åbenbart på Gud ved hvad hos dem.

Games have gone down hill. Now mostly AI crap with little story line. Game boxes on some games are to small to see even on a 15 inch screen. I candled my subscription. Tired of playing a game and walking away because it sucks.

Avid user. I love my game house subscription. It allows me to play the game without having a buy and provides game stamps to be used to buy games after collecting enough stamps. I've had my subscription for years and will continue to keep it.

I paid for a subscription and downloaded some games every time I want to go back and play I have to keep downloading the games and they’re still not playing. I’m so angry about this and I’ve contacted them several times on this issue 😡😡😡

Playing their Grand Cash slots game.... Advert claimed jackpot every 10 spins.... Never happened... Further up you get the mor impossible challenges become. You end up spending a fortune in real money to proceed. Big wins are not regular and when you do win, it zaps down at alarming rate. On google review you get the same response saying basically win some lose some or contact customer services. Customer services are non existent btw they never respond. No safeguarding to prevent you spending too much real money as a result I have become addicted and spent a fortune. Terrible company!!!

My Mom who passed away in 08 had been a customer for years and purchased many games. When she died I downloaded all her games so I could play since she wasn't here. One of my favorite games wouldn't download. I wrote them and got 2 replies telling me to follow the same directions to see if the download would work. I did everything to a T 2 times. I wrote back saying it didn't work. I've written 3 times since 1/22. Since it was paid for I think they should help more with the problem of downloading or just let me have the game since they can see it was purchased. SO ANGRY>

After many years of membership I must announce that they have changed and are completely cheaters.
Twice I have bought games and they don't work. I can't get the games started thought they worked during the trial.
So don't pay money to them.
I have tried severel times to make contact by writing, but there are no responce.
