Mitt betyg 5 stjärnor är för deras kundsupport som bemött mig snabbt och trevligt. Så viktigt när något handlas på nätet, att det finns en kundsupport som svarar och är öppen för att finna lösningar.

Ich habe durchweg sehr gute Erfahrungen mit BigBertha gemacht und kann die teilweise negativen Bewertungen ehrlich gesagt nicht nachvollziehen. Ich habe am Sonntag eine Anfrage per E-Mail geschickt und bereits am nächsten Vormittag eine freundliche und hilfreiche Antwort erhalten. Der Kundenservice ist schnell, kompetent und sehr zuvorkommend.

Auch der Sitzsack selbst hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Befüllen ist deutlich einfacher als teilweise beschrieben – wenn man sich an die Anleitung hält, funktioniert alles problemlos. Es gehen nur wenige Kügelchen daneben, die sich mit dem Staubsauger in kurzer Zeit wieder beseitigen lassen.

Meine Tochter ist begeistert und nutzt den Sitzsack täglich mit großer Freude. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann sowohl das Produkt als auch den Service uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!

When they say sizes are approximate that’s an understatement. Supposed to be 70x90cm and the cushion I received when filled is 63cm by 82cm meaning it’s too small for the space. Far too expensive for something that is In total almost 20cm too small.

Doesn’t even come filled. Bag split in box and massively overpriced

Great customer service, prompt delivery and lovely product - beanbag sofa ordered for my grandchildren. I was surprised to read some negative reviews as my experience doesn’t reflect this. Yes I had to fill the sofa with the filling and a few polystyrene beads were spilled but this was not difficult and nobody got hurt. If that is considered the quickest and most effective way to get the product out and looking its best when finished, I have no issue with that.
Thank you for giving me what I needed, I would certainly recommend BugBertbaOriginal to others.

Die 2-Sitzer-Couch mit Fußhocker war retrospektiv zu teuer (rd. 370 €):
1. Der Bezug ist nicht waschbar
2. Der Sitzcomfort ist mäßig; man muss immer wieder das Füllmaterial zurechtschütteln, entgegen der Vermarktung als stabilere Couch (vs. Sitzsack). Initial hatten wir sogar weiteres Füllmaterial nachgeordert, welches- das muss gesagt sein- sehr kundenserviceorientiert, zügig und unkompliziert abgewickelt wurde.

Katastrofalt. Den levereras med en separat plastpåse fylld med toxiska kulor som dessutom har dessa kulor överallt runt utanpå plastpåsen. Kulorna ska sedan hällas från påsen in i lådan sedan in i påsen. Helt orimligt och superkomplicerat samt spill överallt.

Köp från en annan tillverkare som levererar den färdigställd istället.

Skulle inte rekommendera deras produkter, dålig kvalité, ingen garanti eller reklamation. Har försökt lämna tillbaka/reklamera fåtöljen jag köpte i Julas till mitt barnbarn på 1,5 år som suttit väldigt lite i den, den ser ut som en sopsäck.. Dom godkänner inget, skriver att retur på 30 dagar gått ut. Det enda dom erbjuder är mer fyllning, vilket jag inte är intresserad av!

Kvaliteten på sækkestolen svarer på ingen måde til billederne. Man skal selv fylde sækkestolen, hvilket heller ikke fungere optimalt. Jeg burde have tjekket Trustpilot inden jeg købte. Lesson learned🤦🏻‍♂️

Complete scam. Very high price for a product of low quality.
Beware you have to fill the beanbags yourself and that they don't supply anywhere near enough filling!

God service selvom farven ikke var som håbet. Ingen problemer med refundering, bare sød og ordentlig kommunikation.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis katastrophal.
Man bekommt ein Stück Stoff und zwei Säcke mit Styroporkugeln. Dann muss man selbst befüllen. Man flutet praktisch die ganze Wohnung mit Plastikkugeln, die auch noch fies nach Chemie riechen.
Unverschämtheit! Dafür 300 €?
Beim Kauf wird null darauf hingewiesen, dass man selbst befüllen muss.
Zudem ist das Ergebnis, bei uns diese zweier Sitzsack-Couch, echt auch schlecht. Der Stoff ist minderwertig, die Form ist nicht wie abgebildet.
Klare Täuschung und Abzocke des Kunden. Ist echt unglaublich, dass so etwas verkauft werden darf und niemand irgendwie einschreitet.

Absolute garbage. Nightmare to fill and nowhere near enough filling supplied. Looks nothing like the picture and stupidly overpriced. Will try to return.

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before ordering myself a footstool from this company. It arrived but when I opened the box expecting to take a footstool out all there was was a fabric cover and a bag of thousands upon thousands of polystyrene beads which had spilled inside the box and then on removing the bag my nail caught it and caused a hole then all the beads spilled out over the garage floor. Me and my husband have just spent the best part of two hours trying to clear them up and salvage as many as possible but all I am left with is a saggy cushion on the floor rather than a footstool. Complete and utter waste of money.

Nachdem ich die vielen schlechten Bewertungen gesehen habe...ich bin sehr zufreiden! Einen Fußhocker, ja selber befüllen ist supoptimal aber auch nicht tragisch. Eine Decke haben wir zurückgeschickt, da sie uns nicht gefallen hat. Netter und schneller Kundenkontakt und Erstattung.

pay 170 $ for a 5$ piece of fabric and a 10$ bag of plastic balls. wich you need to assamble yourself LOL

when you want to return the item they will do everything possible to not pay you back.

Produkt kommt nicht gefüllt, dies ist bei bestellung nicht ersichtlich. Würde ich nicht mehr kaufen.

If only I'd checked here first - what a joke - you have to put the polystyrene beads in yourself, which takes TWO people.

Heel gedoe om in elkaar te zetten, moest een bank voorstellen... is een zoutzak zonder enige vorm. Veel te weinig vulling. Echt zn geld nog niet misschien waard!!!!

Vi köpte i tyg rosa superplysch manchester. Visade sig fälla otroligt mycket. När vi sen skulle returnera de tre paketen fick vi bekosta frakt själva, över 1500kr, trots att vi valde ”billigaste möjliga” fraktalternativ via postnord, som också var den speditör de levererades med.
Totalt en mycket tråkig upplevelse, både gällande kvalitet och kostnad.
