No friction really, it's just waiting too long for my 2 orders. I got third one really quickly, but the other two not. I e-mailed to ask when they will be shipped and the customer service rep didn't know when. It is frustrating. They don't even have the time range: 2 weeks, 1week, 2 months, 1 year. Do they have the product or not? If not when will they have it? Seems like customer service job to know.

Still disappointed with the length of time it is taking to receive my purchases. 5 months and I am still waiting, did not receive my authentication papers with one of my watches, no one answers the number they give you to call. That is not good service.

I hate to repeat myself! BIDZ.COM have not changed their ways at all! Costumer Service doesn't answer phones, voice mail box is full, so you cannot leave the message, placed and paid for merchandise is not sent for weeks and months (some of items placed by me as far as mid December 2017) never arrived. I sent an e-mail a "AMANDA, Customer service specialist" request for reimbursement, no answer for 2 weeks. Out of desperation I contacted the BETTER BUSSINESS office and next day I got a promise that my "open" orders will be reimbursed in 1-2 weeks, but couldn't place any orders. (hopefully it will change in the future!). Looks like they make people bid on a pictures of jewelry while they don't even have it in stock and often can't even get from venders. I also asked Amanda for a RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATIO) number, so I could return couple of items. Still no answer! There is 2 weeks period for doing that.Hope to get my money back at least, and soon as promised!

I won the bid on a watch which I had to pay $34.50 immediately. I was told it would be mailed the 5 to 7 business days. After two weeks I had not received the watch. I had to send an email to find out why. I was told that I would receive the watch in about one week. After two weeks I received a notice that you could not get the watch and I would receive a refund which I have not. How can I win a bid on a watch that you do not have?????? You had my money for about a month and one-half and received interest on it. I cannot even get my money back. Why is this? When do I get my money????

I have made 2 orders with complete payment of both.
The first order was not shipped till now and no tracking number was sent to me.
I wrote a lot of emails inquiring about that order, no replies, no information about it till today. The second order was partially shipped, and no further information about the rest items in the order.
I think the customer service is very bad.

Fun site hard to win some items? When your on a budget I guess you luck out don't think I will bid much longer fun though! When it lasts?

I purchased a stainless steel engagement/wedding band set. Within only a few hours of wearing the ring the centerpiece stone and the setting mount on the engagement ring simply fell off. I have sent an email to bidz.com and am waiting to get a response.

Depending how this is handled by bidz.com my rating could change. The ring set looked beautiful upon arrival and the cost was favorable

I placed a few orders 2 months ago and have not yet received my items. I contacted Bidz a few times. They never returned my phone calls and they are very slow at responding to e-mails. For one of my orders which was guaranteed next day shipping actually took 13 days. I am very frustrated with their services. I will not purchase from them again.

I ordered two items on March 2nd. One had next day shipping and the second said 5 to 7 days. I received one item on April 4 and I'm still waiting for the second item. Apparently, the items being sold are not in stock.

Paid for jewellery in January 2018 and February 2018 . Emails from Amanda M. of Bidz.com kept making excuses and they never despatched the goods. I cancelled the orders and asked for a refund. They said it would take up to 12 working days to refund the money to my account. After that period was up they sent another email to say it would take up to another 12 working days and that there was some restriction on the amount they could refund each day. This appears to be a delaying tactic to allow the period for your rights under credit cards rules for the customer to arrange a chargeback to run out. I arranged for a chargeback with my credit card company and had Visa refund my money under their guarantee terms. So remember you have between 90 and 120 days to make a chargeback to Bidz.com. So don't delay if the goods don't arrive within a reasonable time scale you should not wait for a refund from Bidz.com because all you get are excuses, delays and their customer service is appalling. Caveat emptor. Beware beware beware you have been warned

I have acquired many lovely things from BIDZ but this past year has not been a good experience. I am still waiting for pieces that I purchased last September that were advertised as a 7-10 day ship date. I am hesitant to bid any more until the other pieces, for which they;'ve had my money for 3-6 months, are delivered.

I have been using Bidz for 13 years without problem.....until this year. I’ve sent numerous emails requesting a refund for 2 purchases January and February and received notification that both would be refunded within 10 days. Still waiting. Absolutely appalling and now will go through my credit card company to retrieve the money. STEER CLEAR OF BIDZ.

I bought 6 different articles and a family member 8 articles the which they say will be sent from 4 to 6 days and after waiting for three months they were never sent in addition when you try to communicate with them it is impossible and recovering your money is harder still, they take the money of the people and someone should do something about it since this is a fraud and I have understood and read the same arguments from many other people who have had the same experience with this company, for me has been very frustrating and I would like find a government department that could do something about it

I have been waiting for my six open orders. As of today I have not received any. I Have not heard from them as to why at least one order has not arrived yet. Very unprofessional service.

I have ordered 3 things with Bidz which after months are still to arrive but they continue to sell the same item to other people. I have spent a lot of money but have stopped ordering as they seem fraudulent. They don't have your item then they give you a credit instead of a refund. I am very unhappy.

I ordered products from your company in Sept 2017 and just last week got 3 things I ordered but did not get my complete order as of yet...
no one calls me I have to call just to see whats going on with my products I ordered.
