Good service I received

The purchase on the web site was easy. The tumble drier was delivered nice and early on the day it was supposed to arrive. The delivery man was polite and professional especially in the conditions - there was a torrential downpour during the delivery.

the lads who delivered it was nice they took it round the back for me, i a in my 80s so that was good thank you.

Simple and easy to use fast efficient delivery

After paying a next day delivery fee and taking the day off work myself meaning lost wages I waited around all day for my item to come which it didn’t, many unanswered attempts to contact them with no answer. Once I did get an answer the gentleman was very helpful in fairness but the item was not coming today. I had to wait a further five days for delivery. I was also promised a refund of the the delivery fee paid but this never happened

Very quick delivery. Tv is great my son loves it. Lovely picture good sound quality.

Appliance delivered on time with good communication with delivery team.
Very happy with the washing machine, nice and quiet and easy to follow instructions. Great value for money.

Great Company from ordering to delivery. Shaun was amazing at delivery nothing was too much trouble thankyou

TV was delivered quickly and as advertised.
Great service would highly recommend

Never heard of this website but so glad I found it. Tv was delivered quickly and great value for the price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Bought an American style fridge freezer. Beyond Television website was very easy and helpful, paid extra for next day delivery and disposal of old American style fridge freezer. All was going well...
Delivery arrived the next day. One driver to deliver and remove a 85kg double fridge... Obviously he could not so fridge was taken away. After several heated conversations, delivery was rearranged for next day this time with two people. Lost a large amount of food. Very bad delivery planning. But all worked in the end.

The delivery drivers were awful they literally bounced the washing machine around weren't looking where they were going, knocked some stuff over. One of them rolled it off of the truck and then they dragged it across floor banging it into the house. Ot looked like they just wanted done, no care taken.

Great price for the product, plus a bonus of free delivery! Delivery was quick and the tracking my of the delivery was really helpful.
I will be shopping with you again and definitely recommending you.
