Exceptional service
Staff member Umma has repeatedly been incredibly helpful at the IRB branch.
Helping both me and my daughter with sorting out our gym memberships, phone app and access.
Umma was polite, professional, and always friendly throughout the process.
Most importantly, she resolved our issue quickly and efficiently.
I have dated today as the positive experience for the review as this was the most recent. Their have been many positive experiences!
Sincerely excellent service.

DREADFUL RECEPTIONIST AND MANAGER
Upset Iron monger stopped free ladies mornings.
I came last week to spa and the manager of iron monger a very unpleasant lady dark hair came told me I can no longer access the spa due to some technical issues . A Pakistani girl who is receptionist very miserable and arrogant called her manager when I grew upset because I was I could no longer access the spa without paying £50 which is crazy. They refused access to me very unpleasant and rude.

Hi VH,
Thanks for your review.
We have spoken to the centre who have confirmed that due to an error on our systems, some customers were getting free access to our Women's only sessions.
This was flagged and rectified which is why a charge is now applicable.
The centre confirmed they refunded your last session as a goodwill gesture, but going forward if you do wish to attend these sessions you will need to pay or upgrade your membership to one that includes spa access.
Warm Regards

Spa Experience
Visited the Spa on Wednesday and all I can say is WOW.
We had two hours to use the facilities, there are different saunas and steam rooms, tropical showers, plunge pool and a relaxation area.
I also had a 45 minute massage which was unreal. The staff were amazing and made us feel so comfortable throughout our visit
To top it off, the entire spa was spotless. From each feature within the spa to the showers and changing areas.
Can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Swimming class 4- 5 year olds
My 4 year has been having weekly swimming lessons in the training pool with Wendy and her team for over a year now and her progress has been brilliant. Her confidence has improved and she's now able to go under water and swim with support. The staff are great and patient, especially Holly. The instructors get in the water with the kids but push them to try things out of their comfort zone and have fun at the same time. I also appreciate the discipline of the class which creates a serious, yet fun, and safe environment.

Hi Jessica,
I hope this message finds you well!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and encouraging words! We are absolutely thrilled to hear about your daughter's remarkable progress and the growing confidence she is developing in the water. It truly warms our hearts to see her flourish.
Our team, including Wendy, Holly, and the rest of our dedicated instructors, invests a great deal of time and effort into creating a nurturing and engaging environment for all our young learners. We believe that swimming should be a joyous experience, and we strive to ensure that every child feels supported as they explore their abilities.
We particularly appreciate your recognition of the balance we work hard to maintain. It's vital for us to encourage children to challenge themselves while ensuring that every lesson is conducted in a safe, structured, and enjoyable manner. We understand that each child progresses at their own pace, and we take pride in tailoring our approach to fit their individual needs.
Thank you once again for your continued support and trust in our program. We are excited to see even more progress in the weeks ahead and look forward to celebrating your daughter’s achievements together!
Warm regards,
Charmaine
High praise…
Both of my children learned to swim here. Firstly in Wendy’s foundation class, then with Bobbi and Lisa working through the different development levels. Excellent teachers who make learning fun whilst challenging the children to improve their swimming skills. My daughter continues to work towards the academy level and loves her weekly class with Bobbi and Lisa. Highly recommend!

Hi there we were at the swimming pool…
Hi there we were at the swimming pool with my 2 kids as my son had been doing classes for the last 3 years and my daughter 1 year, I spoke to Wendy what’s happening why all the other kids are moving to the big swimming pool and he is still in the small one. She was doing all faces and ignoring and she was not helping my kids at all. I think this is unacceptable

Hi Blerim,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We greatly appreciate your feedback, though we’re truly sorry to hear that both you and your children did not feel adequately supported during your recent visit. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we want you to know that we take your concerns very seriously.
We understand how vital it is for every child to feel encouraged and treated fairly, particularly in a setting designed to nurture their skills and confidence, such as swimming classes. It can be disheartening for children when they feel overlooked, and we regret that this was your family's experience.
Your family's commitment to our program over the years has not gone unnoticed, and we genuinely value your loyalty. To ensure your children receive the positive and rewarding experience they deserve, we would love the opportunity to discuss this matter further. We are committed to making the necessary improvements and would welcome any additional feedback or suggestions you may have.
Thank you once again for reaching out to us. We look forward to working together to create a better experience for your children and all our participants.
Best regards,
Charmaine

Pilates class with Katy. She is one of the best Pilates teachers that I have ever had. Experienced, personable, very professional and an excellent teacher. Classes are always enjoyable. And at the right level for most of us - challenging but not impossible!
