I fell ill and had to cancell a group…
I fell ill and had to cancell a group exercise class before the start time. i have been fined £3 which i is outragious. how can i cancell a class at 2am in the morning for a 6am class

Regarding the £3 cancellation fee, this is typically applied when a cancellation is made after the cutoff time, which helps us manage class availability and staffing. We completely understand that emergencies like illness can happen at any time, and we are happy to remove any penalty fees based on this information. Please speak to staff at the centre and they will assist you further with the removal of a penalty fee due to illness/unforeseen circumstances.

DANGEROUS!!!
I have sent 3 emails complaining where I was told one email must of been lost, we couldn’t see the 2nd & the 3rd well no one bothered to reply! I attended the soft play with my toddler & friend’s children. The lady didn’t view any tickets and allowed anyone in. There was more adults than children present & more so adults WITHOUT children. This was something I questioned a large group of people and was told they were keeping the parent company?!?Our belongings were removed from a table & put on the floor. The soft play was filthy - clumps of hair, dirty tissue, food ect. No supervision in the soft play with big kids in the toddler area. Where on earth are the safe guarding rules here? How can you allow adults in without children? There was so many adults you couldn’t see the bottom of the soft play area. We left within 30 mins as coming from a child care background, so many rules was broken & deemed unacceptable as well as unsafe!

Not very good
Not very good. Very noisy at entrance because of kids in soft play area and around. Noise in studio while doing yoga. Another day kids shrieking in evening class until 7pm. Then basketball by better staff while doing floor work in conditioning class in hall. Mic in cycle studio so loud that ears hurt yet couldn’t understand instructor. Music rubbish as well so left early.

Thank you George for the induction and Better for the great membership only my second week at the gym so it will take some time to get used to a routine and using the gym machines, it gets busy at different times of the day so its about picking the right time when to go overall can't complain

Well equipped and welcoming gym
The gym is very well equipped, clean and has a great atmosphere. Customers are drawn from a very diverse range of ages, gender, ethnicity etc. so it feels like a very welcoming and non threatening space. Music is played at just the right level - not too intrusive. It could benefit from having an obvious person managing within the gym so customers could ask questions about equipment use etc.
