Ordered 14 June 2026 (order #int-MF1-248952), delivered to Mexico. Their checkout (Global-e) itemized: Subtotal $8,400.00 + Delivery $541.99 + Duties $0.00 + Taxes $0.00 = Total $8,941.99 MXN, charged in full. Their Delivery page claims prices include customs and duties for most countries, with exceptions flagged at checkout. No flag was shown.
What followed: their carrier chain captured my parcel's customs value in the wrong currency — their own words in writing: "entirely a technical error on our end, and you will absolutely not be held responsible for it." That error held the parcel in Mexican customs for weeks, accruing daily storage fees, while customs demanded a commercial invoice the store refused to share with me. Their courier then logged a false "delivered" scan — and based on that false scan, the store refused to redirect the parcel to my new address, on the very day UPS confirmed to me in writing that it was still sitting in customs. I had to drive two hours from another state to retrieve it myself and pay $5,276.95 MXN — 59% on top of the total their checkout represented — just to release it.
The shoes were also the wrong size: their selector shows bare numbers with no indication the store operates on UK sizing, and the women's product page only shows a men's US conversion.
Customer service refused a prepaid return label, refused any reimbursement, and refused replacements — return only at my own international shipping expense, after they acknowledged in writing a "billing and routing error" between the carriers they contracted.
A card dispute has been filed, and complaint ref. 204238601 has been routed to the UK Competition and Markets Authority and PROFECO (Mexico) via econsumer.gov. I will update this review if the company resolves the matter.

Shocking service and i am guessing AI generated responses or scripted at the very least. Clearly do not care about the fans or retaining them, its all about the $! I won't be ordering from them again and i would advise caution if depending on next day service. I have given 1 sdtar and you cant give zero stars unfortunately. Awful service and worse customer service.

I bought a jersey for my husband’s birthday that did not fit. When he opened I contacted the team. They said I could return it but I’d need to send it back at my own risk and cost. Then buy another. I said that was grand, asked for the return address and bought another. After numerous follow ups I was told I couldn’t return it outside the 30 days. I was given incorrect information, automated replies and ended up paying €314.9 for a jersey. They replied to this review saying they emailed me with solutions. I was not offered any solution.

Received the new Silver Arrow panel cap. The website says all products come in exclusive packages and previous caps have. This just came in a plan brown box with brown paper. The Cap is great but a shame with the packaging as this was a gift.

Leute, lasst euch von dieser Firma nicht betrügen. Ich hab 8000 € ausgegeben. Das Fahrrad haben sie sofort geliefert. Ersatzteile ich warte seit einem Jahr auf meine Ersatzteile. Ich bekomme keine Antwort von diesen Leuten. Die Firma sitzt im Ausland das ist Betrug was sie da machen antworten wir nicht auf meine Mails. Ich habe bis heute meine Gepäckträger nicht bekommen meine Ersatz Akus nicht bekommen. Mein Helm nicht bekommen. Das ganze Zubehör, was ich dazu gekauft hab ich hab’s nicht bekommen. Ich hab auch kein Geld zurückbekommen und die melden sich bis heute nicht. Zum Glück hab ich in dem Land, bei denen ein Anwalt, den ich jetzt beauftragen werde. Lasst euch nicht betrügen von diesen Leuten kauft lieber woanders. Kauft lieber in Deutschland

As in other cases I have read, I have had a horrendous experience with customer service. I ordered a hoodie on Dec 15, order # int-MF1-236440. The item was blocked for several days during the delivery, I tried to contact customer service which answered they would have investigated, but nothing happened and I just received an email saying they were still looking at the problem. The following day the package was delivered on Jan 15, after 1 MONTH !!!!!!!!! unfortunately it does not end here, because the size is way too big for a L, so I tried to return the item. But on the website, apart from the fact that they ask for 11€ to return the package, but even worse, when I try to pay I receive a “system” error from Adyen saying to try from another device or browser. I tried from 3 different device and browser safari chrome and I always receive the same answer, so I cannot even pay for returning an item. Please avoid this shop as much as possible

I would give less than 1 star if I could.. what an absolute disgrace. Customer service is horrendous, ordered an item as a Christmas present, attempted to return 9 days ago and been trying every day since with no success , I’m told this is apparently due to a ‘system issue. I have contacted them multiple times and have had to constantly chase due to lack of response .. only to be told to wait 2 weeks and then try to return again.. what an absolute disgrace! Returns should not be so difficult and such a big company should be able to resolve this!. Appauling!! I will avoid at all costs in future

Delivery was very quick and efficient, tracking company provided up to date information. That all went well. The problem is that the products sold don't match across different countries, and I couldn't buy the items. I wanted in one country, and had to order and deliver to a different one. Product quality was really nice though.

Placed three different orders over the last week. Every one of them has been cancelled each time.
Why is the stock system such a shambles? I place and order of one item and even this was out of stock. It’s been live on the website all week and still purchasable now, so why is it getting cancelled?
They also cancel all items if they appear not to have one item in stock.

I am writing this review to warn other customers about the terrible customer service experience I've had with the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team store.
I returned my products on July 3rd, 2025 - that's over three weeks ago now - and I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. This is completely unacceptable for a store representing such a prestigious F1 team.
The Issues:
Returned items on July 3rd with proper tracking
Multiple follow-up emails sent with no meaningful response
No clear timeline provided for when the refund will be completed
Poor communication throughout the entire process
Feels like they're holding onto my money unnecessarily
As a Formula 1 fan, I expected much better from the official Mercedes team store. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is shocking. Three weeks is more than enough time to process a simple return and refund.
I would strongly advise other customers to think twice before ordering from this store. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere until they can figure out how to handle basic customer service operations.
Update needed: Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team store needs to immediately process my refund and improve their customer service procedures. This experience has left me disappointed not just as a customer, but as a fan of the team.
Will update this review if/when the situation is resolved, but as of now, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

I am a disabled HM Forces Veteran and i thought that i would ask them if i could visit them at the British Grand Prix this weekend, rather than have the usual people that seem to be in their garage behind the scenes i thought by writing to them they would want to be seen to be supporting the HM Forces community, as you can see they would rather have these type of there.
So another kick in the teeth for our Forces.
Surely one pass wouldn't have made that much difference but obviously it does.
As you can see in the email it mentions that they have lots of requests of this type, so lots of HM Forces Veterans have asked the same question and got turned down, to me that speaks volumes.
It upsets me to think that someone who has served his country isn't important as the people you see behind the scenes, so some singer or footballer is more important.
