Absolutely horrific customer service. Placed a bet on the grand national clearly a winner. Bet disappeared after the race to start with. Then appeared as settled and winner but my winnings weren't paid! Been on 2 weeks now every advisor just says wait on an email wait on an email they won't even converse, stay away at all costs. Joke of a company

I placed 9 bets on the same horse as I was worried about my account being limited with this company, from £1 to 25. They inexplicably paid out my evens bet at 1.19 -ie, less than 1/5! When I queried this, they said "tech error" and they would sort it, but only paid me the difference on one of the 9 bets and are now just fobbing me off daily saying its been "escalated" and there is nothing they can do, till their "sport team" does a report - even though they have paid me out right on one of the bets already!! MIND BOGGLING! Also not the first time they have done this to me (Changed odds pre-race) though that was just one bet...I have all this copied from my account and on emails / chat transcripts..

Insanely Betiton have now paid just another £19 despite the remaining 8 winning bets on the same horse (total of £77.41) are worth over 3 x the original stake that they paid me an additional £22 on - their maths is so bad it is truly unbelievale - they still owe £49.12 which I continue to chase..

UPDATE - 3 days ago I was told the remainder had been paid - this has been more LIES, this company do NOT DO RIGHT by their customers at all, just fobbed me off with more nonsense.. :(

They charge for deposits and there's never a "cash out" available on sportsbook when your bet is doing well. Odds are also incredibly low and the site is badly designed. I will not play there again. Stay well clear!

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from this company for nearly a week. I have sent multiple documents, and a have still received nothing.

Save yourself the headache, hassle, and money, and use a different bookie.

Who in their right mind thinks its acceptable to charge 2.5% on debit card deposits? What jokers, you would have to be desperate for a bet to accept those T's and C's. Stay away people.

To be honest most good reviews look like 'adverts' and the bad reviews are shocking I'd not have joined if I looked at them all.

But I joined with offer of free £20 bet, first thing I found negative was 38p fee for £15 debit card (shocking) anyway my £15 bet wins all good. Tried use £20 free bet not working, tried customer service twice and eventually a lady 'Jade' fixed issue for me so all good.

Put in a withdrawal as I always do with a new site to see how long it takes and any problems. I expected problem after looking at reviews (after joining) but money in my bank in 24 hrs so all good.

Offered a bet 10 get 10 pound free bet. Normal T&C's like other websites i.e. free bet will be awarded when initial bet settles. Only problem is that they NEVER settle the opening bet, so when i speak to their operators they say i havent satisfied the T&C's. Jammy tossers !

Depositing funds is very easy but get a little win and want withdraw and it can take weeks. The website sucks too. The odds are ridiculously low. AVOID! Use a reputable big named bookmakers. I yesterday placed 10 pounds on bayern Munich to win both halves to score over 2.5 goals and concede 0 goals at 9-1 it all come in. I was not paid even though my betting slip confirmed the bet but showed as a loser, I spoke to them regarding this and it was not addressed I closed the account instantly after there refusal to understand there mistake. The worst site ever encountered.. I am forwarding you that if you deposit you will never be able to withdraw.. a rule of thumb is before you deposit check for a withdrawal system and you will find that you cannot find a way to do it. Then eventually when they put the button on it won't work or you just won't get it.. do not play the slots as you will never ever win

As a fore-statement I’d like to suggest you come back to me to find out what the end result of this is. It will determine wether anyone should go near Betition with your money or not.
I played roulette on the 8th November after depositing £60 into my account balance. I don’t know if you’ve played Lightening Roulette, but I had £6 on #31 , which had a 500x bonus on it for that round. So if you do the math, you can figure out that it was really my lucky day. I was joyous as I withdrew the £3000 I had won, thinking all the while of how Christmas has been saved.
Now, as the days went by, and many chats on the live chat service which by all accounts is a pretty well run service, however they don’t always know what’s going on, they kept telling me as it was approved on the 9th of November that’s a Trustly withdrawal takes no more than four days maximum. It is now eight days and still I have nothing in my bank. I’ve spoke to them about this numerous times as you can imagine and I have had to send my bank statement photos in to prove that I haven’t had the withdrawal yet. This is obviously very concerning for me as they are calling it a missing cash out. They have told me to be patient and wait for the finance team to look into it properly. I don’t know how long this is going to take or which path it’s going to go down but I will keep you updated as to what happens. Ideally I do not want to be telling everyone to stay clear of this horrific money stealing place, rather telling people that sometimes every company may have issues but they can be easily solved like this case. Please check back in a week So I can hopefully give you an answer.

They are ‘still looking into it’…

I have spoken the Trustly, and they have told me I am fully entitled to a payout receipt off Betition in order for me to contact my bank to enquire about the missing payout myself.

Betition have told me via their live chat system, that they do not give out such information. This goes against the clear advice from Trustly.

At this stage, I would seriously consider hanging fire on depositing your money into your account again with this company until I can give you a positive update on this case!

Without doubt the worst betting site I’ve ever been on, casino is bs you win nothing all these fake reviews giving 5 stars obviously there staff got to much time on there hands, hopefully will get shut down scam artists, they don’t even deserve 1 star
