Stick to trusted companies like William hill or bet 365. Customer agent was very rude and sarcastic when I asked him to explain the rules of the free bet he told me to go read it again. I'm a new customer but I'll not be depositing more to gain the free bet because I don't trust they will give me anyway. Not a way to treat your new customers when there are better companies out there

Had an bet for 3,500 11 matches won - had barcelona over 2,5 leading 2;0 pressed cashout 50 times - REFUSED and error occured - cashout suspended - coudnt take money in 65 minute - support didnt help at all just said it becosue of cookies AVOID THIS WEBSITE !!!! I've just read a review of Betiton in which the reviewer commented that their customer service staff are knowledgeable !!

Their customer service is actually contracted out to a third party company who provide support for many different businesses (many of them not gambling related). In my experience they know almost nothing about betting and can't answer the simplest of questions. They always say, 'we will raise the issue with our sportsbook provider and they will email you'. My advice would be don't hold your breath waiting for that email as you are unlikely to receive one. They don't process complaints within 8 weeks even though that is the maximum allowed by their gambling licence.
I've been betting for over 20 years and their customer service is, by a long way, the worst I've ever experienced.

Had a pending withdrawal for 11 days now, customer service are unable to give me answers why I have not been paid and cut short my conversation a few times. Very frustrated.

I dont want to write but I will. Are they any exception to the plethora of dodgy betting platforms around today? I only joined48 hours ago, since closed account. The same story for several other sites.. such skull dugggery is beyond belief... and licensed.. by G.C.Sour grapes and losers denial is one thing, constantly manipulting odds, times, betting options, session endings,disappearing bet slips... I could go on... at this rate the life expectancy of this industry is limited.... you can sheer a sheep several times, but kill it only once.

Don't bother registering with this betting company for their "Bet £15 and Get £10 free bet" offer because they don't award it if you are already with their network. They don't warn you of this when you register with them. Of course, they are happy to take you on as a customer and take your money!

In simple terms, I placed a winning bet which Betiton have mistakenly classed as losing. Numerous live chat experiences daily for the last 5 days with evidence produced by myself to no avail. Live chat handlers fob me off with 'its been escalated to relevant department '.

I read all the poor reviews and thought I would take the chance with their welcome offer. Free bet was available to use straight away once I placed my qualifying bet, didn’t even need to wait for it to settle which is a rarity amongst betting websites. Great so far. I needed to withdraw £75 once bet was settled and that’s where it all went Pete tong. Their verification process is horrendous as they don’t communicate with you at all, it requires you to chase them up and ask what’s needed and if things are approved or not. You upload documents, wait 24 hours, ask them if all is okay, for them to turn around and say ‘no that wasn’t approved’. Their chat service is quite good. Always someone available to chat straight away, but they can be rude if you present an issue to them. I asked why nobody contacted me to tell me that the selfie with my ID photo wasn’t approved and the answer i got was ‘well I’m telling you now’. I just laughed. It took 3 days of me chasing them to get things approved at which point I finally got my withdrawal processed. If I hadn’t chased them It would of been much longer. I’ve heard of worse bookie experiences, but for me, this has been the worst bookie I’ve dealt with and I’m a member of pretty much every sports book site. Even the smaller ones. Wouldn’t use them again even if they gave me a free bet. The withdrawal process is one of the most important parts of a positive bookie experience, and if a bookie makes it painful then I won’t use them.

Pathetic is the least I could say. First of all couldn't use free bets, had to chase them for 3 days before it was settled, and then a bet which I actually won they settled as lost, I am chasing them again n again, but they only say it has been escalated to the relevant team, but relevant team never comes back to you. So disappointing service.

Put a football bet on and shortly after realised the game they had on their site was 40 minutes ahead of the actual game, so I put a bet on a game that they said was at half time but hadn’t even started yet. When I realised 5 minutes later I tried to get it sorted out but I’m 5 days later now and no response or even acceptance from them. I have noticed they regularly have games with wrong times so I really would avoid using them and go elsewhere

I’m giving this scam site a 1 as you can’t select 0 - please avoid at all costs , it is a complete scam. They don’t settle bets correctly , try to avoid paying out by claiming the card you deposited funds with doesn’t work for cash outs. The web site is painfully slow also and whilst the online chat is responsive , the operators just churn out prepared lines to fob you off . On my first bet , I placed £20 each way on 5-1 winner / they only paid the win part and following me lodging a betting dispute , they refused to acknowledge the place part of the bet. Please do not use this website , I have used many betting sites over the years and this one is by far the worst - scam artists

First review I have done, just had to say how good this casino is compared to so many others, deposited money yesterday was lucky enough to win a fair amount, this morning I uploaded licence and utility bill, within two hours received my money, a very good and refreshing outcome not usually associated with online casinos. Excellent service!

Betiton locked me from my account for complaining about my withdrawal. Still haven’t received the funds I’m owed.

I would avoid this bookmaker, I placed 4 bets, the final one of which was a winner. When I logged on to get my winnings I discovered my winning bet had a status of rejected. There had been no warning of this when I placed the bet. It's taken Betiton over 2 weeks to e-mail me an explanation which is due to a 'technical error'. If there was a momentary technical error, I wonder how many losing bets Betiton have paid back to customers?

Can someone please get in touch! I’ve spend a lot of money on your site and withdrew money all of a sudden I can’t get onto the site!!!!

Deposited £100 from PayPal lost . Deposited another £150 from pay pal lost . That’s not the problem . The problem is my second deposit was declined by my bank and money wasn’t taken but I still manage to play with the funds ? Doesn’t make sense so feel as if it’s a scam

Joke of a website takes two days for a pending withdrawal then dear knows how long to get to bank
